Why Blog?

Why blog?

That is the question we are asking after all right?

Why should you or would you consider blogging?

To answer these questions let me ask a question.   Do you use any Social Media on a daily basis?  Such as Facebook, Google Plus, Twitter, Pinterest, etc….?

If you post at least one status update per day do you realize you are essentially blogging already?

What is a blog?  Well if you are looking for a specific answer read up on it in my previous post here.   A blog is essentially a website where you can post content and get feedback…

Why Blog?  Is Facebook really just a blog page?

Doesn’t your Facebook posts have a similar theme to a traditional blog?

Facebook is the most commonly visited site in the world and why is that?   People are on the site to socialize with those they already know and those they are wanting to know.  We essentially “spy” on one another’s lives, interact with one another, and share our lives with one another.

Who benefits from this interaction the most?

Well on a social level I would say us as users benefit the most as we are able to keep in touch with those we love regardless of distance or whatever is going on in our lives.

However, you do realize that every single time you post something on Facebook you are creating valuable content right?  Are you getting paid for this content?

Imagine if you could?

Why Blog for business?

If you have a website you should have a blog page on your website and you should either be creating content based on your niche industry and/or hiring someone to do this for you.

A high-quality blog post/article with targeted keywords will more then likely get indexed in search engines (such as Google, Yahoo, and Bing) giving you another chance to rank for those specific keywords for your business, which in turn would bring traffic to your website.

Think of it like this.  If you own a store front business you want traffic (people) to come into your store.  Obviously the more people that come into your store the more likely someone will buy something as you have nothing but products in your store and hopefully ads within the store encouraging people to act now and purchase said product.

Some concept applies with your website.  Why blog?  Because it brings an organic person that was searching for that relevant content to your site to solve a specific problem or answer a specific question that person may have had.

Once the traffic is on your site now you can include Calls To action and convert that traffic into a lead.  And if you have the right system you can then convert that lead into a sale.

Why Blog for Leads?

Let say that you are in a Multi Level Marketing company.  You probably love your opportunity and really want to grow your downline right?

Well awesome!  Perhaps you have started out by creating a “list” of your friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, etc… And you have probably invited them to a “House Party” of sorts right?

Awesome!  Well I’m not going to knock you for building your business in that manner.  I actually encourage it especially if you are new in the industry.

However, some of you are in the N.F.L. (No Friends Left) club and/or have already gone through your warm market and are eager to start finding “prospects” elsewhere.

Well Im going to go ahead and assume that you have already started to implement the dreaded “3 foot rule” right?  Any “sharp” looking person that you run by is a person that you have to prospect… Am I getting close?

Are you having fun doing this?  Do you actually dread it?

Well what if there was a way that you could ATTRACT qualify prospects to you instead?

Why Blog? Because, if you target what your ideal client is looking for online and they find your content on the first pages of Google, and you follow this simple 3 step formula you can capture that “traffic” that comes to your page and convert it into a lead.

Discover for yourself what this formula reveals.

Discover right now how it can help you Attract the “Prospects” you desire.
