calories easily and quickly Eat something high in carbohydrates. My choice is usually oatmeal, dry whole grain cereal, a whole wheat bagel, or sometimes a power bar, and a banana. Do not eat anything heavy or fatty, eat too much, or eat anything that might upset your stomach (this will be different for each individual). Whatever you eat should be something you have previously tried, so you know how you react to it. It is best to eat at least an hour before start of the race and be sure to drink water also. Urinate at the last minute prior to starting the race, and completely empty your bladder.
Eat your calories instead of drinking them. Ingesting more liquid calories is a good weight-gaining strategy because they’re easier to consume when you don’t have an appetite. On the flip side, liquid calories don’t satisfy you as much as solid foods. Sodas, milk, juice, sugar added to drinks such as coffee or tea and other caloric beverages are a significant source of calories for many people. Try drinking only water, plain tea, black coffee or diet (no-calorie) beverages for a couple of weeks and see if you notice a difference in your body fat stores.
Eat early, weigh less. When you eat—as well as how much—may also affect your weight. Early studies suggest that consuming more of your daily calories at breakfast and fewer at dinner can help you drop more pounds. Eating a larger, healthy breakfast can jump start your metabolism, stop you feeling hungry during the day, and give you more time to burn off the calories.

Eat them. Snack on them. Have lots of vegetables and fruit (not too much fruit though).
Eat less, run and cycle and do stairs more. Walk a lot — walk everywhere. Try only eating protein at one meal per day — you don’t need more than that. It’s more a mind game than a body and diet game. It’s hard but anyone can do it.
Eat whole, unprocessed foods the majority of the time. The less processed, the better. Rule of thumb: if a caveman couldn’t eat it, neither should you.
Eat foods that are filling and low
in calories. That means meals and snacks made with whole grains, such as brown rice, whole-wheat bread, and oatmeal, as well as legumes, such as lentils and other beans.
How do you burn calories easily and quickly Eat less, exercise more. If only it were that simple! As most dieters know, losing weight can be very challenging. As this report details, a range of influences can affect how people gain and lose weight. But a basic understanding of how to tip your energy balance in favor of weight loss is a good place to start.
Eat beef, chicken, fish, eggs, beans, nuts, seeds, potatoes, WHOLE grains, fruits, veggies, and some dairy. Try to avoid the breads for now. There’s plenty of better choices out there.

How do you burn calories easily and quickly I eat whenever I’m hungry and as much as I want, yet I’ve lost 37 pounds in the past 15 months. Why? No more junk food, ever. No processed flour, no processed sugar, no artificial anything.
