To Succeed Is More Important Than Any Other New Year Resolut

There will be those out there that have put on weight and really need to do something about it.  Whereas there be others who just need to tone the body up, especially those sitting on the internet for long periods of time.

You may say to yourself: 

– I’v gotten rather chubby so I need to exercise more
– I need to start eating more healthier 
– I will start taking my vitamins & mineral subscription to feed my cells daily

– Im going to start drinking 8 glasses of water a day.

Now we all have good intentions but it’s really how you go about setting your goals that plays a major part in how successful you’ll actually be. 

What are the resolutions you have personally set for your new year?

Did you write them down? 

When setting your resolutions better late than never.  Create them with an abundance mindset instead of a place of frustration and fear.

Don’t hope to attain these resolutions in the future, instead rather for now.

Everyone starts out with good affirmations and set their intentions.  The ones that use specific, focused and uplifting affirmations achieve success much faster than others and maintain it longer.
I’v become a big believer in the power of positive affirmations over time.  This helps to shift negative thoughts and in place allow to view from an abundance mindset.

Consistently affirming affirmations daily is in fact aligning oneself what it is infact that you want in the now.  It is so powerful that it does help to move one’s thnking more towards what it is that you desire.

I have done this very strategy on my facebook profile for a few years now and it definately has given me the insight of belief, vibration and able to vision what is wanted.  wow is all I can say…try it….
