Welcome to the first video in my Law of Attraction (LOA) Series on How to Be Do or Have anything you desire. I wanted to start off by asking you a very simple question… who do you listen to?
This subject is so important, because there are so many people out there that we wrongly take advice from. This can range from our family and friends, to so called “experts”, guru’s and materials supposedly published by successful people.
Who Do You Listen To?
Many of us turn to “experts” in a particular niche or field. However we have to be very careful when turning to experts. Sometimes “experts” are not actually applying the information themselves.
A good example of this is in the Financial Industry. We listen to Financial Advisors for Investing advice, but the truth is many of them, particularly the ones working for banks are not pro investors themselves. They are trained to sell certain products owned by the banks or certain funds. If you really want to learn how to manage your money or invest you should be learning from someone who has successfully invested money and now has accomplished what you are after.
You also have to be very careful when listening to Authors of books – like the Donald Trumps out there. While these people are very successful in real life, they don’t actually write their own books. These books are written by Ghost Writers and more often then not, do not contain “the secrets” that these people use to gain success.
So Who DO you listen to?
Listen to people who have the life that you want, have applied what they are teaching, and who have been where you are now.
Ultimately you should listen to yourself. You have an emotional guidance system which guides you, you have intuition and ultimately you know yourself better than anyone else. Trust your gut instincts.
Just a note: listening to family and friends is not advisable. So many of us take advice from our parents, friends and family members on subjects they know nothing about! Do not take on other people’s limiting belief systems if it limits your own choices or does not serve you.
It is your life. You are responsible for your life. So take 100% responsibility for your choices.
The next time your family or friends or supposed “guru” tries to give you advice, remember: Who do you listen to?
I personally listen to many successful people who have manifested abundance in their business and family life. I fill my mind with this content daily by listening to “the Inner Circle” audios. These audios help me permanently change my mindset and keep me motivated and inspired.
Watch the presentation below to learn more about these audios.
