I’m fifty nine years old and an owner of a typical brick and mortar business. I have been in the auto glass business for thirty years. I remember thinking when I started about all my friends. What they were doing for a living and even back just that few years ago (ha ha) people and employers were different. They had a sense of loyalty.  Just yesterday we had a sad day at church. A really great guy passed away. The only reason I’m telling you about him is because he was in the same business my Dad was.
