AmericaRebuilds.US E-mail Newsletter (Edition #2)

Fellow Americans,

This second edition newsletter reports ongoing progress of the organization, website progress, and world events.

People sometimes ask “why does AmericaRebuilds.US seek to form as a non-profit organization or association with it’s members as anonymous? Why not just simply exist as a shadow of an “organization” or association without filings?. Put simply, the impending organization/association is on U.S. soil. Also, to protect the fact of organization/association as not being an “employer”, as an all volunteer society, this is necessary to shield it from I.R.S. claims that could otherwise seize computers or websites, shut it down, force participation to healthcare laws, or taxation of otherwise non-profit organization, etc.. It is quite necessary to have fiscal transparency as an organization.

It is also to contain it’s scope as being strictly a U.S.based organization with articles of organization to be filed outlining it’s purpose and scope. Such a legal filing will be it’s legally defined purpose and function as legitimate and legal. An agency or power that would seek to oppose or close it on suspicion or accusations otherwise, would not have on the face a legal basis to do so in definition opposition against filed articles of organization. That is, it will “establish the facts” in disclosure, and make clear it does not seek nor participate to anything outside of U.S. borders in exporting it’s mission concepts, nor importing of anything outside of U.S borders that can be remotely construed as subversive, opposition to U.S.Government, or “associating” to anything contrary to U.S. Constitution and National Union. This will actually be a very important filing in the realm of legality.

Additionally, under the National Defense Authorization Action (1021), the current vagueness of the laws pertaining to support or association with anything that can be remotely labeled or suspected as “terrorist”. It is currently ruled as “constitutionally overly broad” (vague) surrounding “indefinite detention” circumventing “due process” requirements and parties have testified it is impossible to even know what is even legal, or not, under its current framing. The current Federal Court injunction on indefinite detention can in theory at any given time be itself circumvented or over-ruled in higher court legal process steps. Especially under conditions of national crisis or declarations of such. The D.OJ. asserts it is intended to focus to “terrorist” as Al Qaeda. Yet objectively, there is currently nothing that would prevent a revolving door interpretation of Jihadist to contra-laterally also mean “Christian” or “Christian extremist”, “Mormon”, “Catholic” , “Judaic”, “Constitutionalist” or any other label of designation on religion, political views or positions of any variety of stripe to be subjected to whimsical “concerns” placing someone into indefinite detention, etc.. Some claim “terrorist” can mean vets, 2nd ammendement advocates, or those who speak against a law or policy or President. Recall Japanese-Americans interned simply on basis of national descent during conflict/war. It can, and in fact has happened before in our history.

A condition of world war and or national crisis, particularly involving the worlds three major religions vying for control of who wins the next millennium as the “correct” religion, could be tempting to detain indefinitely anyone who could be perceived as a threat to government based on ideological stances. Thankfully, AmericaRebuilds.US does not position or structure itself to be involved in any category that would land suspicion. Nonetheless, having organizational filing and definition helps to delineate what the organizations “people helping people” concepts are.

The 1021 laws are currently so vague, so understandably terrifying to some people for its current constitutional vagueness, that despite the current Federal Judge injunction of its implementation, AmericaRebuilds.US very wisely pursues appropriate legal filings as a legal organization. AmericaRebuilds.US has as its concepts “long range focus” to getting through any externally created or inflicted or domestic crisis with retention of American values in end outcome continuity to point of post crisis re-construction and beyond.

“So are you anywhere saying AmericaRebuilds.US is or can be ‘discriminatory’ of who it’s members are?“. Not all discriminations are illegal or even inappropriate, and AmericaRebuilds.US is about preservation of it’s members and those Americans at large it helps and interacts with. There is not a pre-selected class or group of people to be members, only that on case by case discretion, AmericaRebuilds.US would seek level headed American’s who ascribe to the concepts. Preservation and sustenance is a right reserved. It can interact at times with other preppers and organizations or even government agencies, within meaning and purpose of the organization, in consistency to preservation ideals and long term re-constructionist ideals of and for the American people status post crisis of magnitude.

“Does AmericaRebuilds.US require a membership roster or listing of it’s members before the public?“. No. In fact, anonymity to others in the public or it’s impending filings is golden. We reserve rights to anonymity and non-disclosure of party’s information, and strive to protect any information as confidential. It is only the organization itself on paper that will be filed, not the members, whom are not to be disclosed or listed.

“_If I list myself as a friend on AmericaRebuilds.US Facebook page or subscribe to receiving it’s Twitters, or receive these e-mailed newsletters, does that make me a listed or disclosed member?_’. No, mere presence of or on a social networking site, receiving an e-mailed newsletter does not constitute membership or association of assent of any views or opinions shared, nor does receiving or subscribing to any twitter or e-mail subscription or even receiving e-mails unto itself expressly convey nor even imply “membership” unless specifically stated. Not anymore than getting grocery coupons in bulk mail make you a member of that grocery store or reading of a religious pamphlet make you a member of that religion. Parties are solicited or request membership and it is communicated that one is, typically be appointing of leadership titles, roles, duties, etc..

On to website matters of http://www.AmericaRebuilds.US…..

The website is still under construction, revisions, and additions, though currently viewable among those who know of it. It is strived to be completed enough as to be launched to search engines and optimizers within approximately a couple weeks. The web will be the primary means of exposure to the public.

The single biggest push and thrust AmericaRebuilds.US will be doing is advancing peoples interest to, understanding of and options about HAM radio communications. This is the near future backbone of life saving communication between parties of the organization and the dispersed member locations throughout the country.

In matters of world events….

Syria continues its deterioration internally, with notably less coverage in competing world events, with extremely little coverage of the issues of Syrian chem weapons of late. The major news card of the week is religious outrage in “anti-Americanism” in Muslim world demonstrations revolted at what they believe is religious insult, while advancing aims to global influence of their own religion. Recalling Thomas Jefferson played a role to helping form what is today the U.S.M.C., to protect and counter what was then Muslim raiding and plundering of Americans and seafaring vessels of those times. Marines are typically embassy guards, given their history of protection from from Muslim violence encounters, the Marines as well make targets of hatred more than Embassies and staff themselves. The United States is rapidly scaling down many embassy presences to bare bones. One should not look for or expect any like-ability ratings of red, white and blue to improve anytime soon in much of the world. The more likely situation is increasing cycles and up-flare without any particular predictability to the cycles, beyond worsening in the long run. Even eventual land based incursions at some point threatening some European countries with more religiously motivated violence, and certainly fits in with some Nostradamus prophecies predicting such.

Iran continues unabated in it’s developments of it’s nuclear goals and assistance to Syria in goals against state Israeli existence. In anticipation of ongoing to greater problems in and from “Persia”, those allied or otherwise viewed as close with the U.S. and Isreal are scaling down or withdrawing their embassies from Iran (and now regionally as well).

Israel’s Netanyahu on Sunday has announced it believes Iran will be at ability with nuclear weapons in 6-7 months. This is sooner than U.S. claims of ability in one year. Isreal’s “go it alone” capacity will be less able to neutralize or destroy Irans nuclear weapon ability as more time goes by with their own strike options and resources at hand. The U.S. on the other hand has greater and deeper bunker buster ability with non-nuclear ordinances and believes it can wait longer than Isreal. If the U.S. is not one day too late or calculations proven wrong after the fact. How many times has the U.S. been wrong or not seen it coming before? Pearl Harbor, even the embassy violence in Libya,…. Israeli confidence of waiting on the U.S. speculations of Iran’s ability threshold, is extremely low, with the public disparity of positions among U.S. and Isreali becoming more clear as Isreal fears losing its unilateral ability of strike time frames becoming on thinner ice by the week and month. The sense imparted is Isreal is not waiting on the U.S. for Isreal protect itself. Nor is the Iran nuclear ability the only possible flash point, with trouble cooking in Syria as well, and signs of Iraq not being so stable after all as hoped for.

Domestically in brief cap….

Domestically, some parties report more, and increasingly unusual American military movement and positioning within the country, and often alarming and confusing people. Most appears to be for out-world deployment. Particularly Marines, given global embassy threats ongoing, is hardly surprising, you likely don’t find their VSTOL craft in collecting dust hangars right now, they have work to do.

Fed plans to release mega billions into mortgage holdings and positioning American financial system closer to it’s “cliff” economics. Cliff’s are scary, for reasons, hyper-inflation’s universal law of “cash now pay later” usually comes back around into severely devalued dollars. Job growth recipients and purchase ability going downward continues to be outpaced by increase in food stamp recipients on the rise upward as fragile lines and margins of existence get weaker and weaker. Occupy movement seeking to make comebacks.,…fizzle or bang of their mixed and often non-unified expressions remains to be seen.

Impending elections running tense in neck and neck poll numbers, slight tilt this way, slight tilt that way, some say “controlled media” pitted against Mitt, third parties barely even get a mention. Rumors of all kinds of voter suppression occurring, and so many concerns out and about, that American confidence in integrity of the vote system could be at weakened through which greater disenchanting and polarization seem to take hold. Americans continue to rely less and less on major media sources, and increasingly turn to alternative media and fact finding for themselves. Traditional institution trust seemingly going lower and lower the more information proliferation increases through self empowering information access such as internet.
