Why?
Because the products are valuable as products and the leader should pay full price for them – like everyone else.
Because a leader should earn their place in the compensation plan – the same as anyone else.
Because if they want to join – they should just pull out their credit card and join, like anyone else has to. With their own money – and buy the products they want to buy, like anyone else.
Why?
I don’t care what the circumstances are – paying a leader to join a deal destroys the integrity of the opportunity. If it’s a good opportunity and you believe in it – you should promote it because of that.
The problem is there are leaders who promote opportunities because they’re paid to do it – and they don’t believe in it at all, are not aligned with it, and would never recommend anyone they care about to get it in.
So I have a different philosophy:
Your bonus for joining Empower Network is you get to join Empower Network, and be a part of our revolutionary company, culture, products, and comp plan.
And – go ahead and TRY to earn as much in that other deal, with the contract – as you’ll just earn as a normal leader here.
Tell me how that works.
No special deals.
No special placement.
No free products.
Integrity.
Transparency.
Culture.
These are the ideas that govern our mission – to be a light to the world in this space, and to show people a better way.
To set people free.
To give them a new life.
This is the reason I’m here.
And I’m here to serve you.
