Coaching, Training and Question and Answer Sessions Make The Difference
The ten coaching and question & answer sessions weekly with our ONE 24 leader, Mike Hobbs of Team Prosperity is really the frosting on the cake when discussing the support that makes working with him so rewarding. As Mike was evaluating his achievements in 2011 and beginning to develop his goals and plans for 2012 he recognized an opportunity to really make a difference in the lives of struggling entrepreneurs in internet marketing. When he considered that there is a relatively small percentage working the industry that really make any significant money, he decided that he wanted to be one who made a difference in that scenario. Mike had developed a team before and built quite a large organization but in doing so he found he was not able to properly handle their questions and assist in solving their problems and still maintain his own marketing effort satisfactorily. He determined that his past business model did not properly educate and train the individual so they could become self sufficient in their effort.
What Would He Do Different To Make It Work
Mike determined that he would focus his training on two product lines and two specific training times daily with a specific period of time to answer questions. Mike is conducting two masterminds on a daily basis and all it takes to join the sessions is for a person to be a marketer of those specific products. He has gone on to develop a lead generating system that members can subscribe to free with lead capture pages which connect to a variety of autoresponders.

Mike has developed a real treasure chest of training recordings that covers literally just about every aspect of marketing over the internet. Mike does an excellent job of explaining concepts in detail enough so that even I can get it, especially since I have the opportunity to watch a recording again. He records many of the individual mastermind discussions which are maintained for a week. He is an excellent resource for trouble shooting when we get stuck. Mike also provides us with lead magnets that we can offer to prospects which give them a close look at the high level of training available through our team. One precept that many trainers have told us about internet marketing is that people do not really do business with us because of our products or maybe even the training we offer but really because of how they feel about working with us as an individual. That definitely is the reason I joined Team Prosperity and Mike Hobbs and Adam Whiting.
