This funny story of “Tale of Two Gods!” will lead you to a very interesting place. I promise you on the outset.
In India we have thousands of Gods and they have their families.
I want to tell you a short story of two Gods.
Ganesha and Subramanya are the two sons of Shiva & Parvati.
Ganesha is famous for his big stomach, slow gait and Subramanya for his speed and his desire for travel.
Once, Ganesha and His brother Lord Subramanya had a dispute as to who was the elder of the two. They took the matter to Lord Shiva for final decision.
Shiva decided that whoever would make a tour of the whole world and come back first would be declared as the elder.
Subramanya flew off at once on his peacock which is his vehicle, to make a circuit of the world.
But Ganesha sat on the mouse which is his vehicle and slowly went round His parents Shiva and Parvati once and asked for the prize of His victory.
After a long time, Subramanya came back after going round the world.
Lord Shiva said, “Beloved Ganesha! But how can I give you the prize; you did not go around the world?”
Ganesha replied, “No, but I have gone around my parents. As my parents you represent the entire universe for me!”
So, the dispute was settled in favor of Lord Ganesha, who was thereafter acknowledged as the elder of the two brothers.
Normally Ganesha symbolizes gluttony and laziness outwardly. But there is so much more to these traits than meets the eyes.
I have a reason to recite this story here.
I told you, Ganesha’s famous vehicle is a MOUSE.
I read somewhere, we can compare our computer to Lord Ganesha. Because Lord Ganesha cannot move without his vehicle “The Mouse.”
Like that you cannot do anything on your computer without the mouse.
Am I right? 🙂
So, in conclusion, the Lord of Online Business, if ever there should be one is, Lord Ganesha
There are two kinds of businesses in this world now.
Online…
Off Line…
You know, off line business requires you to travel a lot, meet people, talk a lot. It requires you to give product demonstrations, hotel meetings, home meetings, BBS, BOPs so on and so forth.
Many people love this.
They want to go and get it. They want to push it and make it happen.
In my view, they are the Lord Subramanyas of this world. 🙂
On line…
These are the new breed.
Want to sit in a chair…
Move the mouse over…
Grow the paunch bigger…
They want to practice the “Attraction Marketing”
They are the modern day Ganeshas. 🙂
Which type are you?
I have options for both types…
