Jack Daniels BBQ Marinade

Looking for Jack Daniels BBQ marinade? Cooking with Jack Daniels can add a tremendous amount of flavor to your marinades and your meat. Here are some excellent Jack Daniels marinades you can try.

Jack Daniels BBQ

 

JD Marinade

  • 1/4 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/4 cup green onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • Pepper

This marinade is great on seafood such as scallops or shrimp as well as meats. Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and then add in your seafood or meat. Allow this to soak for 4-12 hours or more and then grill on the BBQ.

Jack Daniels and Ketchup Marinade

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

This marinade is great for rubs and chicken dishes. Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and then add in your meaty. If using larger meats such as ribs cover them in the marinade and place in the refrigerator for about 4-12 hours or more for best results when cooking.

Pork N Jack Marinade

  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon molasses

Jack Daniels BBQThis is a great BBQ marinade for any pork dish. Combine the ingredient into a bowl and then add in your pork chops or other pork pieces. Allow this to sit for about 12 hours or up to 24 hours, then cook pork on the grill. Add extra marinade to the meat as it cooks on the grill for more flavor.

 

 

Jack Daniels Bourbon Marinade

  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 chicken breasts or 4 pork chops

This is a simple marinade that’s good with pork chops or chicken pieces. Combine the ingredient into a bowl and then coat your meat piece sin the marinade. Allow this to blend together for 4-12 hours or overnight and then place on the grill the next day. This is a great Jack Daniels BBQ marinade.

Tips

  • You don’t have to use Jack Daniels you can use whatever whiskey that you like as a part of the marinade or leave it out if you prefer as there’s no set rule as to what you need to use.
  • If you like it hot then use your favorite hot sauce as a part of the recipe or add in some chili flake, or Asian style hot sauces for some added kick to the marinade.
  • Leave some marinade leftover and use this to spread over the meat on both sides as it cooks for some added flavor.
