Pepsi MAX is Pepsi’s answer to the Coke Zero product. The essential premise of the Pepsi MAX product is a zero calorie, zero sugar product that has the maximum taste of the original Pepsi drink. But, have you ever wondered to yourself how they get the Pepsi MAX to taste so much like Pepsi without all the sugar and calorie content? Well, Pepsi MAX may be zero on the carlories, and zero on the sugar, but it has a high content of “questionable” ingredients.

So, Is Pepsi MAX Bad For You?

The Pepsi MAX product is certainly not bad for you when consumed in moderation, especially when compared with other sugary drinks such as the original Pepsi, or any other soft drinks that contain countless grams of sugar & calories. However, the question, is Pepsi Max bad for you depends on how you look at some of the ingredients in it that have raised some major red flags in the past. These ingredients have been linked to cancer and long time degenerative health effects such as aspertame, and acesulfame potassium.

However, the real important question here is that…

… is Pepsi MAX bad for you  in excess?

Is Pepsi Max Bad For You … The answer is, yes, it’s bad for you, but only if consumed in excess

What’s excess you might ask? Well, the long term studies of is Pepsi MAX bad for you will most likely never be done by organizations such as the FDA as the soft drink companies’ powerful lobby groups will work tirelessly to stop any kind of law, act or report from being released that would affect the salability of their products.

You may think that, well, since Pepsi MAX has zero calories, and zero sugars, it should be safe for me to drink even in excess? The answer to that is definitely NO. Pepsi MAX has ingredients in it that, even beyond the Diet Pepsi product of Aspertame, which in and of itself is bad for you, have very harmful and degenerative affects on your teeth & gums along with your long term health. Is Pepsi MAX bad for you, then? Well, read on about these ingredients…
