Use social media platforms: When you add new posts, announce it on Twitter and other social networking and social media platforms. There are widgets for WordPress and other blogging platforms which allow you to do this automatically.
Use your posts as articles: Rewrite some of your best posts and submit them as articles to directories like EzineArticles.com. When you add your bio, make sure to link back to your blog.

Blogs which have very similar content to your own or those which have similar audience demographics are most likely to be interested in this kind of arrangement are the most likely to yield results in the form of new readers and subscribers.
Search for; U Comment I Follow; blogs: There are plenty of bloggers out there who will follow your blog in exchange for leaving a comment on their blog. Leave a link to your site in your comment so it’s easy for them to locate your blog and leave comments on your blog.
