Our “A Behind-The-Scenes Look At the Methods and Mindset That Creates A Huge Income in Internet Marketing” business team conducted a Google Hangout with 4 business leaders.  The free-flowing, brainstorming session, and the interactive question-answer time from the attendees was powerful!

Having a live, interactive, brainstorming session and masterminding is congruent with Napoleon Hill’s  “Think and Grow Rich” business classic.

Google Hangouts:  Business Tips Discussion

New marketers asked, “Where do I get FREE marketing to promote my business?”  The business tips included:

  1. Tell every person you know.
  2. Facebook – share with your friends, give value, interact and be social
  3. Emails – to your friends, and your list through Aweber, Get Response, or other email  marketing tool.  Make your messages heartfelt, or authentic, from YOU.
  4. Blog – The recommendation is to blog daily:

a.  Write your own individual, valuable content (written)
b.  Put your video on the google blog (visual)
c.  Create audible material to put on a blog (audible)
d.  Blog postings which answer your downline or team member’s questions

Google Hangouts:  Leadership Discussion

  • People follow leaders, not followers.  Lead.
  • People are looking for opportunities to make more money.  Lead them.
  • Posture yourself as a leader.  Depending on where your member’s commitment/action level is, that is what you reciprocate back to them.  A leader meets a person’s needs according to the level they are capable of handling.
  • Leaders are aware of the value of their time and “scarcity.”  Have you heard of the  ”Pareto principle”?  “The Pareto principle (also known as the 80–20 rule, the law of the vital few, and the principle of factor sparsity) states that, for many events, roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes.”  cited from Wikipedia.
  • Train your team time effectively as follows:
  • Group time developing your 80% team members
  • Personal time developing your 20% leaders
  •  People don’t follow where you’ve been.  Hope is limp, but experience, knowledge and knowing with certainty is the qualities that command followers.  Jesus said, “Follow me.”  The Apostle Paul said, “Follow me as I follow Christ.”
  • Leaders are not afraid to fail.  You have to “fail.” You have to make mistakes.  But, you also believe in yourself!
  • Leaders become the person they’ve always wanted to be.
  • Leaders keep up with innovations; they have visions of where they are going.  Check out the businesses that are boarded up and closed in the U.S.    They didn’t keep up with the times.
  • Leaders focus on “What is Working Now.”
  • Leaders make a decision, commit, and follow through.
