Fashion Accessories – A Basic Component of the Closet:

Your wardrobe should be comprised of three parts:
- Closet Staples – little black dress, pencil skirts, good-fitting jeans, pantsuits, textured blazers, trench coat, etc.
- Seasonal Pieces – thick winter coat that is both practical and fashionable, lightweight tunics, denim jacket, wool blazer, etc.
- Fashion Accessories – bags, shoes, scarves, hats, tights, jewelry, etc.
Buying Fashion Accessories:
It should be expected that some of your closet staples will cost money – you want good-quality pieces that will last over time and wear. And while some of your fashion accessories may be more pricey than others (think: a good leather bag or boots that will last through multiple seasons,) the majority of fashion accessories can be cheap, seasonal, and quite simply – just fad pieces.
While the amount of fashion accessories are too numerous to list, here are some basic staples that every woman should own:
- Ballet flats
- Black pumps
- Nude pumps
- Leopard print pumps
- Tall boots
- Silk scarf
- Straw hat – for glamorous lounging
- Some type of evening clutch
- A good-quality leather handbag
- Black or tortoise sunglasses
How Fashion Accessories Complete the Outfit :
Your fashion accessories are the icing on the cake – the fun colorful pieces that can in some instances make or break the outfit. A little black dress can be simple, and sometimes a little boring…until you add a colorful belt, some crazy patterned tights, bright red shoes, or piles and piles of jewelry.
