During these times, people are likely to be preoccupied with personal issues, vacations, and inundations from various other outlets. There are always going to be exceptions to any rule. Black Friday, for example, is one occasion where a date relevant campaign is warranted.
Do not send out email messages that depend on images to relay important information. A lot of email clients will block images right away. This might mean that your emails are unpleasant to look out, or can’t be read at all, because of the images that they contain. Always use clear text for your most critical information, and be sure to use descriptive alt tags for any images that you include.
Solicit feedback from those who subscribe to your list. Without positive feedback from your subscribers, it is impossible to know if your e-mail marketing campaign is a success.
