Welcome to my Page. This is my second post in this blog, so I thought it is important to talk a little bit about me. In general I try not to talk much about me, because I rather prefer to talk about you and your success, not mine. It will be a bit boring, but it is necessary, so here it goes.

First of all I am, as you also are, a MAGNIFICENT creation of the Great Creator. But wait, do not get afraid of this phrase. This is how I see my self and how I see you. And this is a very practical and Empowering way to see the world. I will explain this later in another post.

I am a Software Engineer guy from Colombia that has been involved with computers since I was 14 years old. By that time (1981) computers where very expensive and I remember finishing my high school classes and going to a government’s computer centre, created for kids like me, that wanted to know more about computers. Since then I fall in love to computers and technology and then, later when I finish my high school, I enter into the University to study Computer and Software Engineering.

My entire live have been involved with technology innovation and creation and in that path I have moved in many different areas. I have been university professor and faculty dean, I have worked in my own software company and also worked long time as networking and telecommunications design specialist in my own consulting company. After arriving to Canada I have been working with a software development company for more than 10 years as software developer, architect and designer.

I am a constant learner, a person that look for knowledge and wisdom in all its different forms. Six or seven years ago I asked to my self a question regarding richness. That was a simple question that since then has been a  transformation force in my life. The question was: How can the rich guys accumulate so much richness in just one life time and what is in them that it is not in me?, I mean, what wisdom they have that I do not?.

I started reading and researching about the subject since then. Five years ago I realized that creating richness is not just about accumulating money and stuffs, but about accumulating experience and massive action. Then I started trying to apply this initial knowledge, to test it. For that I was involved with insurance companies working as sales representative, Learning and investing in foreign exchange, learning and investing in stock options and the stock market, etc.

Finally I got in contact with Multi-Level Marketing, and then I found that the keys I was trying to put in place didn’t work because there was a missing principle that I did not realize before. I have read about it, but I passed over it in my practice. The concept that complete the picture about richness is: Supporting others to achieve their ideals. So the complete path to richness is about accumulating experience, INTELLIGENT (not massive) action and HELPING others to achieve their IDEALS. Every integral rich man in the world have, in their path to richness, made hundreds, thousands or millions of people realize their ideals.

We live in an interleaving and interrelated world, and those integral rich guys got that richness because they gave all of their time, effort and intelligence to make their companies, built from people with ideals, to succeed. In those companies hundreds or thousands of people have realized, directly or indirectly, one, or more of their ideals.

By giving up my experience, energy and wisdom unselfishly, by supporting others to focus, by encouraging others to pursue their ideals, by promoting success in people’s mind and by engaging me with you in the path to achieve your ideals, we both build our complete richness, not only monetary richness, but a fully complete and integral human richness. This is, in a single paragraph, my own personal ideal.
