If you are trying to improve yourself, a setback from a failure can seem incredibly demeaning. The good news is that failure can be an enlightening learning experience. Failure is sometimes a way of finding out where your true strengths are. If you think of it that way, you can find pride in failure, because the experience has revealed another facet of your character.
To grow over the years, you have to have a great attitude. A negative attitude never gets anyone too far, and it can actually work against you. You should stay on a positive side of things and you will be more likely to reach your goals.
