What Does It Take To Be  A Positive Person?

I know what it is like to not be more on the positive side of yourself and be in this place that is horrible and depressing! It’s a horrible place to be and that is why I created this video below and this blog as well!

Even when your going through something that is not very positive!

For example your mom has cancer or someone in your family just died recently.

it’s understandable…trust me I’ve been through it! It’s just how you see it that matters!

If you look at it in a more positive way then that’s the way you should but if your seeing it in a negative way then you need to try to find a way to bring you back to the positive side. I am not saying it’s going to be easy because it’s never easy when your going through something or someone you love is going through something.

I just know from my own experience the more your positive the more positive things happen and the same with the negative! I’ve noticed if I was sick and was thinking something negative it would get worse but when I was thinking positive it was gone the next day.

You might not believe me on that but there is so much power in how your thinking! It’s also about believing whatever you say in your head or out loud!

If you believe your a loser…then you are! If you believe that your awesome…then you are!

It’s like that quote where it says “you are what you think”!
