FLASHBACK TO NEW ORLEANS IN 1942 – When Stefan confronts Damon with a suspicion about Elena, Damon has no choice but to help Stefan investigate. Searching for answers, Damon and Stefan visit modern day New Orleans to see if they can find anyone who remembers the events of their last visit in 1942, including one of Damon’s former flames, Charlotte (guest star Madeline Zima). Elena, Caroline and Bonnie share a girls’ night while the Salvatore brothers are out of town, and emotions run high when Elena delivers some shocking news. At Hayley’s (guest star Phoebe Tonkin) urging, Tyler confronts one of Klaus’ hybrids, Kimberly (guest star Alyssa Diaz), and the situation quickly escalates into violence. Finally, Damon is faced with a heartbreaking decision.
I was honestly a little disapointed with the episode “We’ll Always Have Bourbon Street” of The Vampire Diaries. The truth is though only because of the only thing to stop Elana being sired to Damon is for Damon to leave and well I don’t want that.
I know all you Stephen and Elena lovers are probably jumping up and down with joy with that factor but for all of us Delena fans we don’t want him to leave. I honestly love both of these guys but I really like Elena and Damon together.
I did like the fact that Stephen got hit with the truth that Elena really did have feelings for Damon. Not only that but the fact that Stephen was only thinking for himself and I am glad Damon set him straight.
Apparently, the way it is to get sired is to have strong feelings for the vampire. The part that I am curious about is what is Damon going to do now that the only way to break her from being sired to him is for him to leave her.

It doesn’t look like Damon is going to leave yet so I am glad for that.
I was hoping there was another way to get un-sired and prove to Stephen that she still has strong feelings for Damon. The good thing though is that both Stephen and Damon learn from a witch that she has to have strong feelings in order to be sired.
The cool part though was seeing the girls have a girls night in and having some fun till Caroline opens her mouth and starts judging plus tells Elena that she’s sired to Damon. Plus seeing the two sexy brothers go back in time and Damon let’s Stephen know some things he didn’t know.
Like for example that he needed his brother and that someone else was sired to him. He did break that though and the girl had tears going down her face…hopefully she will live a better life now.
The only part I left out about this episode of The Vampire Diaries is about the hybrids and something is brewing. Tyler becomes the boss of the pack! The part I don’t like about this is the fact that Tyler is being used by his friend so that the professor can get whatever it is that he wants with hybrids.
