Gary Akin, Salute To An Impressive Teammate!
Gary Akin…The world of online marketing is complex, constantly evolving, challenging and at time very confusing. Those of us that attempt to enjoy some level of success find it a never ending learning process.
A very high percentage of would-be home based business entrepreneurs, are attracted by the stories of overnight success and huge incomes. They enter the online marketing world with great intentions and expectations. However, the greatest majority drop by the wayside when they discover the difficulty in learning this business and the realization that success will take persistence, consistency, time, a ton of learning, an investment of money, and lots of effort. Those that don’t possess those traits move on to something else (easier). Those that do will succeed.
An outstanding example of success is a teammate that is relatively new to the online marketing industry but has demonstrated to all of us on our marketing team every quality necessary for success. His name is Gary Akin. Our group leader, Mike Hobbs, has daily marketing teachings and assignments. Most of the team members are able to follow through on about 40-60% of Mike’s assignments (which in itself is commendable) due to time constraints if nothing else, I know I fall in that percentage category. Gary Akin is exceptional. I’m not exactly sure, but I bet he’s almost 100% complaint with follow-through on Mike assignments and teaching directions. Gary demonstrates personality qualities that are commendable; persistence, following of instructions, focus of purpose and an entrepreneurial spirit, that I know will be generously rewarded.
The online world can be a lonely place at times, and those that excel deserve recognition. It is for this reason I take time tonight to write a post of praise to my teammate and online friend, Gary Akin. Keep up the great work buddy, I admire you!
