Wealth Wellness Seminar
I have uploaded a video of a wealth wellness seminar that I had held at Alabama A&M University’s Wellness Center.
These I had held once a month and is free to the public.
The Wealth Wellness Seminar was my way of giving back tothe community and share with them ways of taking the economy into their hands.
In this Wealth Wellness Seminar, I go over the different types of businesses,
the different types of income, and network marketing.
Wealth Wellness Seminar Three Types Of Income
Earned Income: This is income in which you exchange dollars for hours. This is where most of the
world fit under and it is the highest taxed of the three.
Portfolio Income: This is the income that comes from dividends or capital gains from stocks, bonds, mutual funds
etc. So any income that you receive from paper assets are pretty much in most cases portfolio income.
Passive Income: This is when you do something once or for a short period of time and it pays you
repetitively even if you do not do it. For example, royalties from a song would considered passive income
because you made the song once and as long people play it you receive money.
Wealth Wellness Seminar: Three Types Of Passive Income Streams
For the sake of the audience in the wealth wellness seminar I went over three types of passive
income streams. Those are commodities, real estate, and business.
Commodities: This is items that are tangible like gold, silver, platinum, oil, etc.
Real Estate: This is split into two different classes residential and commercial
Residential: There are mainly single family houses, duplexes, triplexes and quadplexes.
Commercial: This is anything that is not Residential.
Businesses: This is the passive income stream that has created the most millionaires. The main thing
is to build the business so you do not have to be there.
Wealth Wellness Seminar: Three Types of Businesses
Traditional: This is a business where the founder/owner develop a system from scratch. Examples of this type of business
are: Bill Gates with Microsoft, Michael Dell with Dell Computers, Steve Jobs with Apple Computers, etc.
Franchise: This is a business in which a person buy into an already established system. This is businesses like McDonalds
Wendys, gasoline stations, etc.
Network Marketing: This is actually a subset of a franchise business. However this is a little different where you have a sponsor
or an upline and you have a team of people that have an invested in your success because if you succeed, they succeed. I classify
mlm, direct sales, and affiliate marketing in this type as well.
