A transit strike shuts down the Bay Area and everybody has an opinion about who deserves the blame. Jason Wheeler used it to make a different point, which is that the argument only matters to people who have to be somewhere at nine.
He works in lending and property in the East Bay, and the most useful writing here comes straight out of that. He shows the searches he ranks for in his own market and walks through how a second page turns into a first page, which convinces far more than a generic tutorial because you can go and check the searches yourself.
The rest is a mixture. There is a post on the traits he thinks separate the people who build something, one on holding family, faith, friendships and finances together, and several written to catch local attention: precinct by precinct election results, a nuclear plant shutting itself down, a television medium and whether she is genuine.
Twelve posts. If you sell property or arrange loans and want to be found locally, the search posts justify the visit.
