You Need A Dream- What’s Yours?

I love this quote. It is very inspiring to me.

When I was younger, if you asked me “What do you want to be when I grow up?” I would have said “I want to be a dancer.”, and I would have proceeded to talk your ear off on all the shows, concerts, and music videos I was going to be in. But that was a dream when I was a child.

Now that I am older, my dreams have changed a little bit. I have a family of my own, and now what I want more than anything os for THEIR DREAMS to come true.

I have a very specific dream in my heart,

and each one of them involves some member in my family. I have always wanted to surprise my husband with a brand new car bow. You know how in those commercials that they always show around the holidays. They cover their eyes and lead them outside to discover a brand new car with a car bow on it. I have always dreamed of presenting my husband with a car with a car bow on it. I see it, I can feel it,  I imagine his reactions in my head.

I dream of being able to provide the money for whatever education my children decide to pursue. Being able to afford music lessons, and acting classes, and sporting equipment and anything they need would be a dream come true, because it would be helping them make their dreams come true.

My oldest son, loves music. I can see my oldest jamming on stage singing his heart out, playing his ukulele, and people going crazy cheering for him. I can see my youngest, after winning an important football game, unbuckle his helmet and raise it in the air in celebration, me cheering and clapping and probably crying because I am so proud.

That moment of extreme happiness, was only possible because I had a dream to do whatever it takes to make it happen for them.

I can see it, and I can feel it. Can you feel your dream?

More than anything, more than being rich,or the next internet millionaire,  MY MAIN DREAM- MY DRIVING FORCE- I do not want my family to struggle! I never want any member of my family to lose a home that they have spent their whole life living in. I never want my family to have the lights go out on them, or even worse go hungry because we can’t afford to buy groceries. My family will never go without. They will always have a place to lay their head, and they will always be taken care of. This is something that drives me, this is why I work so hard, and  this is something I would die for.

There is a moment in everyones life, where the next decision they make is going to change the course of their life. When was the moment that you decided to make a change? That you decided Enough is Enough! I’m getting my life back. That moment is very powerful. That moment is your driving force to achieve any goal that you may have.
