1) Be On The Lookout For Things You Disagreed On – It sounds simple but it is extremely powerful. Step out of yourself for a second and look for behavioral patterns when you disagreed on something. Try to find out exactly what makes you disagreed and fix it. Work on this. Being uncomfortable or doing things that you don’t like means personal growth.

2) If Its To Be, It Is Up To Me – Many people join a business opportunity believing they will become rich with a push of a button… WRONG! There is no such thing as a magical software to create money out of thin air. 95% of network marketers believe their success depends on their sponsor or group they are associate with…. Listen… The reason for you success depends on how much you want to success, why are you looking to success, and most important a crystal clear vision towards your goal. It is not about your sponsor, the company, and/or the team you are on. It’s about YOU.

3) Tell People What They Need To Hear Not What They Want To Hear – We are used to babysit every person in need of an honest answer. You need to be honest with the person asking your for help. They are looking for a solution. You need to speak the truth ALL the time. If they are wrong, let them know. Don’t hold back. This only hurt the person that need to hear the truth. Saying what they need to hear = Not Moving Forward.

4) Don’t Talk About Problems, Talk About Solutions – Create a Golden Rule in you personal and business life. Don’t allow anyone to talk about problems around you. If someone comes to you with a problem, send them back and ask them to come back when they have their mind clear and thinking about solutions. People with their mind around problems do not think positively. The conversation will be a loop of why the fail and not solutions to help them get out of it. When you talk about problems, it gets into a habit. This habit is a dangerous loop.

5) Hope Is The Only Thing You Can Get People – As a leader or sponsor people naturally lookout to you…. But you cannot provide help to everyone…. You have a life! Don’t burn yourself trying to help everyone. Create training and resources (system) were you can point out instead of spending hours with each member. Now, if you do your part of having all the tools and resources available for your member and they don’t go for it… HOPE is the only thing you can offer. Unfortunately, we are in Online Network Marketing business for 2 purposes… Help the masses and reach your desire lifestyle. It’s up to you to get there.

6) Don’t Be The Disciplinary, Be The Positive Voice – What do you want people to feel, talk, remember when they say your name? Exactly! Don’t be the guy saying you cannot, you cannot, you cannot…. Be Cool! Be the positive voice in your team! Be the person that everyone wants to hang out with!

7) Don’t Be Worry About Hurting People Feelings – This goes by the hand with point #3. Most of the time people need to hear they are doing it wrong in order to make adjustments… We do things unconsciously and it become normal after a while… We don’t realize we are doing it… until somebody like you address the issue. Don’t be scared, most of us need this. If they get mad, they will come back to you to thank you later. Is OK, it is life!

8) There Is No Such Thing As Failure, Just Feedback – When you start in a business opportunity you WILL do things wrong. Life goes on! It’s on you to find what was wrong, adjust, and continue your journey. Failure doesn’t exist. Life is about continual adjustments.

9) There Is Always a Next Level – You may hear that you need to have goal and a clear vision to be successful. True! Do you know that before or after you reach those goals you will have a bigger one on the way? Yes, you never to stop growing. The sky is not the limit anymore, is just a point of view. You will discover new opportunities that you never knew about.

10) Being Around Successful People… PRICELESS! – I had the opportunity of taking pictures, chit chat, and share stories with Top Income Earners in the industry during this event. But nothing like being right next to them when they are talking on the hall or off stage. You get the biggest gold nuggets! Get around them even if you will not ask any questions… Just Listen!
