Well anyone who has read Steve Jobs’ Biography will know that his leadership style was way different to his public persona.

It might be a shock but he was a real brat to work for. It is definitely not cool to speak ill of the dead but I want to criticize Steve Jobs’ leadership style in this article….

So what do you know about Jobs??

He was an interesting man wasn’t he. I mean Steve Jobs shaped our whole world. He was an amazing visionary……

Funny isn’t it??

Yeh, I don’t know about that. I mean Steve Jobs’  leadership style was blunt to say the least…

I don’t care for this style lol…

You see, I grew up on a cattle station in North Queensland, Australia. I lived and worked there until I was 23 (except for going away to boarding school for 5 years).

As soon as I started reading Jobs’ book, it reminded me straight away of my dad and boss for years.

I got out of that lol. The trouble with my dad is that he wasn’t successful like Jobs. I guess a lot of guys could put up with Steve Jobs’ leadership style because he was highly successful..

Steve Jobs was messed up. What was the deal with him not admitting he had a kid??

lol… how does he get away with that??

Anyway, he did shape history in what he did in business.

I don’t get that!

To me that seems weird. Steve Jobs leadership style was obviously not unique but I can’t handle guys like that. How someone didn’t punch him in the mouth I don’t know lol!!
