So, what did Shakeology do for me? GOOD QUESTION….
I started drinking Shakeologyin October of 2010 and have been drinking it daily since then and I absolutely love it.
I lost 28lbs and 18inches in 90 Days replacing 1 meal a day with Shakeology and doing Power 90.
