How to Get Your Google AdSense Application Approved

Making money with Google AdSense is easy if you know how, but before you get all happy – you first need to get approved for AdSense. You might have even tried to apply for an Adsense account in the past and were rejected, but there are ways to improve your chances of being approved.
Let Your Site Get Older: More established websites have a far greater acceptance rate with Google Adsense. The longer you allow your site to age before you apply, the better your odds will be of being approved. A website that has aged for at least six months also has the opportunity to build up content levels and work on driving more traffic to the site. If you create a brand new website and submit it, Google won’t even give it a second look before rejecting it. A company like Google will obviously prefer to have reputable, long-standing sites as partners. They obviously don’t want to see Adsense abused or misused, so they’re very careful about which sites they want to work with.
Search Engine Optimization Counts: It should be obvious that working on ways to build up backlinks and improve your SEO could be a wise move before you apply for Adsense. Google views sites from a search engine’s perspective, so if you haven’t bothered with any kind of SEO, they’re going to notice. The primary reasoning behind SEO is to improve your site’s visibility to search engines so that it’s easier for visitors to find you. If you work on your website’s SEO, you’ll find your site will be taken more seriously as a result. Besides, you’ll have the opportunity to begin attracting organic traffic from various search engines during that same period of time. If you’re trying to get approved for an Adsense account, factors such as these can make a significant difference to your chances.
Use services that are already well established like Knol, HubPages, Squidoo, and Blogger to apply for an AdSense account. Don’t seek approval until after you’ve established a bit of your own history for best results even when using these services. Applying through Blogger will greatly increase your chances to be accepted. Blogger is owned by Google and this is yet another way Google can help it grow. Don’t apply though until after you’ve posted several weeks worth of quality content on the blog.
If you take genuine steps like these to make your site a better site you should have no problem getting approved for Google AdSense.
