Craiglists is a site that gets millions of unique visitors each and everyday to their site. What Craigs list provides is a free classified ads submission to any specific area in the world. So you can do a little keyword research on the phrases that people might be searching about joining your company, and place an ad for free using that keyword in the title.
The first thing you want to do is create a craigslist account by filling out a simple form like registering for an email account. Then pick the area you would like to advertise in. Click post on the upper right hand corner. Than you want to go to the services section and click small biz ads.
Browse through the ads and see which ones you like, mimick what they are doing and post your ad under the services, small biz ads section.
Make sure you have a link pointing to your website from your craigslist advertisement. To turn that free traffic into leads what you must do is send that traffic to a capture page, or a name squeeze page. Offer a compelling offer if they give you their name and contact info in exchange.
Repeat this process once every two weeks so craiglist won’t think your spamming their site and get your account closed.
