Neti Pot
If you are experiencing sinus inflammation, consider using a neti pot. Found in many health food stores and pharmacies, the neti pot will thin mucus and clear allergens from your nasal passages. Mix together warm water (about 1 pint of it) with about a teaspoon salt. Rinse out your nose twice every day.
Select antiperspirants with care. Often times, they contain ingredients that can be very bad for your skin and these tend to break you out after shaving, when they make their way into your pores or even before you shave. This is bad for your health.
Bathe your animals frequently, if their hair and dander is causing your sneezing and sniffling. Pet dander is likely the cause of your allergies and having them bathe every day can improve your situation. It is important that you have someone else bathe and groom your pet because to do so yourself will cause you more allergy symptoms.
Do not leave any of your windows open. This is to keep the dust and air outside from entering your home. If you do open your windows, do not leave them open all day long.
Styling Products
If possible, avoid using styling products on your hair during allergy season. Your hair already picks up airborne allergens while you spend time outside. Styling products act as pollen magnets.

Allergies are generally “light” colds that can improve or worsen no matter what, and they might stick around for long periods of time.
