If you are searching the internet for Solavei Scam or Solavei Fraud then you are probably thinking about joining Solavei or know somebody that did. Ryan Weurch (the CEO) has had a lawsuit against him – It’s true! Ryan has never tried to hide anything and has always been honest about this from the beginning. Some people have said some harsh things about him and even created websites to voice their opinion. Of course nobody will take credit for creating the site.
In fact he was 1 of 10 people in 8 different companies that were named in the lawsuit and in January of this year United States District Judge Thomas S. Zilly DISMISSED the lawsuit against him.

If Ryan was such a dishonest person, would Rick White (Former U.S. Congressman), Jim Ryan (former head of mobile data services for AT&T and Sprint),John Rittenhouse (former COO of Walmart, Louis Vuitton, and Target), Allyn Hebner (former chief accounting officer of T-Mobile), and Maria Pinchevsky (former VP of customer service at T-Mobile) all join the Solavei corporate team?
Would they all stake their reputations on the vision of a “shady character” and become involved with the Solavei scam? I highly doubt it. I think Ryan is a good and decent man and I am sure everyone involved with this company thinks so also.

Solavei is a pyramid scheme This one is brought up every time a network marketing structure is being used to build the brand. Do not fall for it. Network marketing is a great business structure has been around for well over 50 years. So what is a pyramid scheme? Here is the definition according to Wikipedia.
“A pyramid scheme is a non-sustainable business model that involves promising participants payment or services, primarily for enrolling other people into the scheme, rather than supplying any real investment or sale of products or services to the public.”
According to that definition, Solavei CANNOT be a pyramid scheme. First of all, reps don’t make any money from the act of enrolling people and there is NO enrollment Fees. Also, Solavei is based on a real product with real value.. a cell phone service, and many other services to be introduced and offered to members in the coming months such as cable TV, financial services, insurance, and more.
Bottom Line About the so called Solavei Scam
Regardless of what you’ve read (or will read) on the Internet there is no Solavei scam. Solavei is a legitimate company in the wireless industry with a game changing approach to marketing. Instead of spending billions of dollars per year on advertising (like all of their competitors), they are willing to pay you and me for doing something we do anyways. Sharing products or services that we enjoy or benefit from with people in our social circles.
I will end by saying this…after it’s first 7 months Solavei has added more than 170,000 members in the U.S and has the plans and foundation to go global…it’s not a question of IF you will join, it’s just a question of WHEN and how many of your friends will have joined first. It’s a great thing to be a little skeptical and do your research, just make sure you don’t wait too long and miss out on all that residual income that could have been yours.
