What Are Jehovahs Witnesses Beliefs

Gods Name is Jehovah unfortunately was taking out of the bible nearly over 7,000 times.
The earliest available Latin text to use a vocalization similar to Jehovah dates from the 13th century. –> Check out Wikipedia on “Jehovah”
God’s name is represented by the four Hebrew characters יהוה (YHWH or JHVH) which appears almost 7,000 times in the original Hebrew text of what is commonly called the Old Testament.
Satan himself had a dealing with taking out Jehovah’s name so Mankind can’t call upon Gods name to be saved. Romans 10:13 For “everyone who calls on the name of Jehovah will be saved.”
If you don’t know the proper name of anyone, it’s hard to get close to them.
You don’t walk up to your God and say he YOU hey Guy!
In contrast, Jesus said that he had made God’s name manifest, and those who followed him would continue to do so.
Most all people I personally come in contact with know the Lords Prayer. It specifically talks about Hollowed be thy name Sanctify your name father.
Jesus goes on to say in John 17:25 “Righteous Father, the world has, indeed, not come to know you; but I have come to know you, and these have come to know that you sent me forth.”
That is why most of the World is confused about the first creation Jesus is explained in Colossians 1:15 the firstborn of all creation.
You see when you draw close to Jehovah and treat him like a real friend he will draw close to you. James 4:8 Draw close to God, and he will draw close to YOU.
The question is what are the beliefs of the world before you can take a look at Jehovahs Witnesses.
You see the World is a Religion the whole world.
I know what your going to do next year the year after that and till the day you die your going to Religiously Celebrate…
- Your birthday.
- Your going to Celebrate Christmas.
- Your going to run from church pastor to church pastor as they continue to brain wash you about Tithing and paying the church money when Jesus never asked for a dime. The sad thing is when people let others think for them selves like there church pastor. The poor spiritual person thinks they are going to be saved by sacrificing his Money. You really think God “Jehovah” wants our money?
Absolutely not Jehovah your god wants your obedience.
What Are The Beliefs of Jehovah’s Witnesses Do They Vote, Pledge Allegiance Or Support The Military?
“In reply Jesus said to him: `It is written, “It is Jehovah your God you must worship, and it is to him alone you must render sacred service.”‘ – Luke 4:8
Jesus also said, “They are no part of the world, just as I am no part of the world.” (John 17:15, 16) Separateness from the world is important because Satan is this world’s ruler. Christians would not want to become part of a world that is under his control. -Luke 4:5-8; John 14:30; 1 John 5:19
The apostle Paul did write that Christians should “be in subjection to the superior authorities [political rulers], for there is no authority except by God.” -Romans 13:1-7. However, subjection to political rulers is to be relative, not unlimited. When there is a conflict between God’s laws and man’s laws, those who serve Jehovah are to obey His laws.
“Christians refused to share certain duties of Roman citizens. The Christians . . . felt it a violation of their faith to enter military service. They would not hold political office. They would not worship the emperor.” When the Jewish high court “positively ordered” the disciples to stop preaching, they answered: “We must obey God as ruler rather than men.” -Acts 5:27-29.
Are Jehovah’s Witnesses Celebrating Christmas Today?
THE Christmas season is here. What does that mean to you, your family, and your associates? Is it a spiritual occasion, or is it only a festive and merry period? Is it a time to reflect on the birth of Jesus Christ or not to be concerned about Christian norms?
If you take a few moments to research this subject, you will find that Christmas has no roots in true Christianity. Many Bible scholars of various religious denominations acknowledge this. With that in mind, it should not surprise you that in England, Cromwell’s Parliament decreed in 1647 that Christmas be a day of penance and then banned it outright in 1652. Parliament purposely met on December 25 every year from 1644 to 1656. According to historian Penne L. Restad, “ministers who preached on the Nativity risked imprisonment.
In considering those questions, bear in mind that Christmas traditions may differ according to where you live. For instance, in Mexico and other Latin-American countries, even the name is different. One encyclopedia points out that the English name Christmas “is derived from the medieval Christes Masse, the Mass of Christ.” However, La Navidad, or the Nativity, as it is called in these Latin-American lands, refers to the nativity, or birth, of Christ. Take a moment to consider some details from Mexico. This may help you to shape your own opinion about this holiday season.
Why Don’t Jehovah’s Witnesses Celebrate Birthdays?
To provide a basis in understanding why Jehovah’s Witnesses do not Celebrate birthdays, it is important to consider that Jehovah’s Witnesses place the highest priority on basing their beliefs and having, their standards for conduct, and organizational procedures on the Bible. So then, there needs to be an honest examination to Bible references and principles regarding birthdays.
What the Bible Does and Does Not Say About Celebrating Birthdays!
It is significant that the only two direct references in the Bible to birthday celebrations (Pharaoh of Egypt and Herod Antipas) were remembered for executions and painted in a negative light. If someone killed the Disciples of Jesus Christ the Kings at that time Beheaded those Disciples on the Birthday of the King it shows that Birthdays are a very negative in Jehovahs eye. Jesus on the day of execution said remember my death. Jesus Christ never said celebrate my birth but the opposite which is his Death. (Gen. 40:18-22; 41:13; Mt. 14:6-11; Mark 6:21-28)
Birthday Celebrations Were Viewed as Having Pagan Origins.
Jehovah’s Witnesses know for a Fact Jesus’ Birth Date Not Recorded in the Bible
The day of Christ’s birth cannot be ascertained from the New Testament, or, indeed, from any other source.
The New Catholic Encyclopedia acknowledges: “The date of Christ’s birth is not known. The Gospels indicate neither the day nor the month. – (1967), Vol. III, p. 656.
Jesus’ Birth Was Not on December 25th!
Though the specific date of Jesus’ birth was not recorded in Scripture, it does give us sound reason to conclude that his birth did not take place in December.
The weather conditions at that time of the year in Bethlehem, where Jesus was born is cold and rainy.
But when Jesus was born, the Bible says that shepherds were in the fields tending their flocks on the night of Jesus’ birth.
In fact, the Bible writer Luke shows that at that time, shepherds were “living out of doors and keeping watches in the night over their flocks” near Bethlehem. (Luke 2:8-12) Notice that the shepherds were actually living out of doors, not just strolling outside during the day. They had their flocks in the fields at night.
If Jesus Birth Date was important God “Jehovah” would have preserved the record of it.”
Some evidence points to spring, but it is not conclusive.
Wouldn’t the Bible specifically mention what month and what day Jesus was born if Jesus’ birthday was meant to be observed?
Jesus was the greatest man who ever lived and he is the Exemplar of all true Christians. So one would think that if he or his disciples or any of the early Christians ever celebrated his birth, the date would have been clearly recorded in the Bible so future Christians would always be able to celebrate it.
Yet the Bible never mentioned that Jesus nor his followers ever celebrated his birth. There is a very good reason for this –
The Early Christians and Jews of Bible Times Did Not Celebrate Birthdays At All
It is only sinners (like Pharaoh and Herod) who make great rejoicings over the day on which they were born into this world.
Jehovah’s Witnesses Beliefs On Heaven and Earth
Another kind of resurrection is referred to in the Bible, one to life as a spirit creature in heaven. How many will go to heaven? According to Revelation 14:1, the apostle John says: “I saw, and, look! the Lamb Jesus Christ standing upon the Mount Zion, and with him a hundred and forty-four thousand 144,000 having his name and the name of his Father written on their foreheads.” John went on to say that “the hundred and forty-four thousand…have been bought from the earth.” (Rev. 14:3)
Go look that up in your Bible (Rev. 14:3) about the 144,000.
How can you take a place Like earth and Expect Jehovah just to leave this beautiful place behind? Are you kidding me?
Jehovah God Will Bring Peace On Earth At Last
By providing the ransom sacrifice of Jesus Christ, God began gathering the 144,000 almost 2,000 years ago, and indications are that this group is not complete. (Acts 2:1-4; Galatians 4:4-7) However, Jesus’ sacrifice was not for the sins of the 144,000 only, “but also for the whole world’s.” (1 John 2:2) Hence, all who exercise faith in Jesus have the prospect of eternal life. (John 3:16) Those asleep in the grave but who are in God’s memory will be resurrected, not to heaven, but to life on a cleansed earth. (Ecclesiastes 9:5; John 11:11-13, 25; Acts 24:15) What will await them there?
Revelation 21:1-4 answers, saying: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind . . . And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” Imagine—humans being released from death, and the pain and outcry it causes gone forever! At last, Jehovah’s original purpose for the earth and humankind will reach its glorious fulfillment.—Genesis 1:27, 28.
Although the Scriptures clearly show that God’s toleration of the wicked has its limits, how can we be sure that evil, once eliminated, will not recur? After all, following the Flood of Noah’s day, it soon surfaced again to such an extent that God had to thwart mankind’s wicked schemes by confusing their language.—Genesis 11:1-8.
Our main reason for confidence that evil will not arise again is that the earth will no longer be ruled by humans as it was soon after the Flood. Rather, it will be ruled by the Kingdom of God. Ruling from heaven, this Kingdom will be earth’s sole government. (Daniel 2:44; 7:13, 14)
The vast majority of mankind, however, have the prospect of being resurrected in the future to life in Paradise on earth.
Jehovah’s Witnesses Know There is No HELLFIRE
I won’t have to write up a long paragraph on this one.
If you are raising your children they are now attending school getting along with there new friends. The Mom and Dad are back in the full swing of things going to work and doing the best that you can. You find out from the Teacher at school your child Cheated on a Math test.
When the child gets home you are so furious and angry with them you decide to light your stove and put there hand over the burning fire to teach them a lesson.
Does that make any sense to burn your children for not obeying?
God feels the same way and he Laughs at people when they think Burning came into his Heart. He says in Jeremiah 7:31 Burning did not come into my heart.
What is this Trinity Business John 1:1? Not a Jehovah’s Witnesses Belief!
When Jehovahs Name was taken out of the Bible from the Jews because they didn’t want to Use Gods name in Vein. Ever since then it was Very hard for people to understand Jesus was not God.
The bible is not some Riddle were Jehovah is trying to hide the answers from us.
All through out the old testament and the new testament the Bible clearly shows Jesus is Jehovah’s son.
We know that for a Fact! So why does John 1:1 show that Jesus is God?
John 1:1 reads: “In the beginning the Word was, and the Word was with God, and the Word was a god.”
Answer is very clear that we are all one. We need to be in unity with each other not be divided in our minds. Just as Jesus shared the same thoughts as his father we should all be sharing the same thoughts too.
Trinity Scholars Have Even Admitted That “the Word was *a* god”
John 1:1 has been purposely mistranslated in most Trinitarian produced Bibles to fit THEIR doctrine that Jesus is God.
False Lie and Jehovah’s Witnesses know the Truth as True Christians!
It was not until over 300 years after the death of Jesus that the trinity concept was fully developed, refined, and officially and finally accepted by Christendom through a decree by the Church at Rome.
Yes, finally, by the end of the 4th century A.D., the trinity idea had been fully developed. The Roman Church had officially decreed the following points as being necessary for all Christians to belief.
