Four sources of incomes
When we ask someone to describe their economic situation, if they’re rich, poor or settled, the vast majority gives the same answer: is directly related to the amount of money they receive at the end of the month.
It is nonetheless true. But for Forbes there are only two economic situations: the rich, where are those earning over a million dollars a year and the poor, who are earning less than twenty-five thousand dollars a year.
But according to Robert Kiyosaki, entrepreneur and author of successful books (one of them “Rich dad, poor dad”), more important than quantity, is the quality of life that are obtained with this incomes.
And this should be the only way to describe our economic situation, our incomes.
What kind of income defines and determines our quality of life, regardless of how much money you earn?
There are four different ways to make money.
-AS EMPLOYEES
This is the source of income where the vast majority of us is born, lives and dies.
From small we are taught to study hard, be the best in class in order to get a nice, stable and secure job, with all the benefits that it gives.
But getting the whole package is difficult.
How many people do you know say that they do not like their work, don’t not get the salary they deserve and earning so little from such hard work?
And yet, despite the complaints, do the same every day. Why?
Because we all need security and stability in our lives, and as employees, ensuring that occurs is higher. But we can not stop or miss a few days. If we do, our incomes crashes.
We mold our lives to our incomes!
-AS SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS OR SELF-EMPLOYED
Here are the people who become self-employed or have a small business.
The motto of this form of income is: be your own boss because the more you work, the more you earn. The more you earn, the more like ly you cam make your dreams come true.
Except that, more money means less freedom, less time to enjoy with family, friends and less time to realize our dreams.
Going on holiday means losing ground to competitors. Here one lives and works for the company.
We mold our life to the time we have, not to the incomes.
-AS OWNERS OF A BIG COMPANY
It would be great to own a company with over 500 employees, and the motto of this form of incomes is: build wealth.
Here the company that works for us. We control it, so we can go on vacation and incomes continue to arrive.
We mold our lives as we like because we have incomes.
-AS INVESTORS
Invest money to give more money. How? Investing in shares on the stock market, real estate, fixed rents or investment funds.
Here the motto is financial independence. The money works and we enjoy those incomes.
We’re entrepreneurs. We take control of our lives and our destiny with freedom to make decisions, to define our time, having time for family and doing things that we love most.
Which of these forms of incomes you live? And where you want to live?
This is a decision that only belongs to you. Control your incomes.
