We all want our financial independence and therefore seek a good busines and be a entrepreneur, well….not all.
Let’s start at the beginning, the realities is that we want to make more money, right?
If you have a job, or work for another, you can always get a part-time post employment or even get a second job.
Many people do it, and you can do it too, because you need more money to your needs, so you work more hours and sell more of your time for some more money. it is great and everything is fine, if that’s what you want in your life, then there health!
But then, do not complain that you do not have time for anything, you’re tired, stressed, no head for anything else. No advertisements for your lack of time for yourself, for your family, friends, etc …. stilts too busy making money and not have time to enjoy life.
This is a lifestyle choice and is your choice!
But, do you know that there are other options.
Ok, what options you may say?
You can be your own boss! You can build your own business. You can be a entrepreneur!
It’s an idea that you have spent many times in your head, is not?
That was my choice as soon as I started my working life: be a entrepreneur.
Because I wanted my independence being the owner did everything for me and set up my own business.
In the early days I gained some money, full of enthusiasm and eager to win I worked 10.12 and 14 hours a day, Saturdays and some Sundays, but I became a slave of my business without time to live life, not only changed my time and my health for money, but it also won many concerns about being an entrepreneur, I have bills to pay, wages, rents, suppliers, equipment, accounting, taxes, etc., etc., and in the end I managed to go directly to the ranking of the statistics that say that 90% of companies will go bankrupt in the first 5 years.
Being an entrepreneur is an option if you have a good business.
But these days it is very risky, just in my street, in recent months, I’ve seen dozens of businesses to close.
Another option to have a good business and be a entrepreneur is invest in the stock market, the capital market. And here you have two choices: you have some knowledge of how the market works and investes for yourself or paid someone to do for you, of course is always a risk because in the last years more are the times that the bags are falling than rising and earn money for their investors.
– You can also invest in real estate, buying and selling land and homes, but experts say that between 10 to 15 years the market will be in the fall. Maybe, this is not the best option to start as an entrepreneur.
-You can also buy a franchise of a brand of a franchise system. Here a guarantee of success is high, the franchises are a good business, if you join a good name, well positioned in the market, you are sure that you have at hand a good deal, when you are buying a franchise, you are all so buying a working system that is proven to work, but here the investment is very large and want a good business will cost you much money especially if the company is well known and is well positioned in the market In the MacDonald `s for example, only the franchise costs about half a million dollars not to mention the rest and many hours a day to meet the requirements demanded by the parent campany. Sure you can almost guarantee 100% success, if you have capital is undoubtedly an option for a good business.
– You can be entrepreneurs networking market, this option is like the franchise, but accessible to everyone following the trend of economic XXI century. This mega trend is here to stay and it is said by many economists and experts of world renown.
I’ll just talk about four of them.
