Tracey Walker speaks to neediness

Success with Tracey Walker

I want to share with you some tips I got from one of the leaders in the Empower Network – Tracey Walker.

It’s part of the EN culture to listen to audios daily as a part of our personal development routine. It really gets your mindset in the right gear for productivity and positivity. The audio I listened to is called

Wake up! It’s Time To Take Action NOW!

Tracy shared about her background at the start of the recording. She went from getting her MBA in college, to doing real estate, to starting a home based business. It’s not the traditional path, but like most of us external circumstances usually change our course.

Tracey then went on on to describe one of the obstacles to her success. She says neediness is what comes in the way of us and success.

She says that we don’t need success, we only need food air and water. However we  deserve success. This idea really reframes the neediness problem.

Another point is that she mentioned is that we usually don’t have a problem figuring out how to do things. She says once we commit fully and know what we want all the all the resources will come to us.

The problem is not a lack of resources, it’s our mindset/attitude.

In my opinion, Tracey Walker is a big time producer that has really worked on her mindset. She really calls things like they are – no beating around the bush. I really see her as a leader.

Her message is very authentic, particularly in light of where she’s coming from i.e she started out with little to nothing.

An example she gave that helped to motivate her is the story of Donald Trump – who, at one point in time was 1 billion dollars in dept. At that stage in his life he was poorer than a homeless person. But he made it through.

This really puts it into perspective, that if you focus and take one step at a time you can make it out of any predicament.

It was a really empower audio. You can get that recording along with a myriad of others recordings leaders by signing up for the EN Inner Circle membership. Click here to learn more.

A few of my thoughts on the topic:

It really is true that we have to more information and people than ever before. In fact with just 3 websites: Google, Facebook, and Youtube, you can learn how to do anything and connect with anyone in the world. Bear in mind that a couple decades ago the phone didn’t exist.

Personal updates

I realised something about my attitude yesterday – that I’ve been hanging on to some old ideas of myself that really doesn’t do justice to where I’m going.

I’m looking forward to some positive changes.
