Swelling or inflammation is a natural respond of the body to accident related injuries, inflection due to diseases and the chemical imbalance in certain areas of the body. The affected cells expand, redden, become warm and soft, and may be extremely painful at times.
Things that can cause inflammation
include excessive drug use, toxins brought about by the environment, toxic damage, bacterial infections, injuries, stress, fungus, or viral infections, to name a few. Unfortunately, it is often difficult to recognize the sources of
inflammation
So how do we prevent the onset of Inflammation?
Eat a diet consisting of 75 percent raw foods like vegetables, fruits, nuts and consume plenty of natural tea and mindset.
Eat foods high in flavonoids, which are highly effective anti-oxidants and useful for reducing inflammation. Green spinach and blueberries are excellent sources of flavonoids. Berries contain small amounts. Quercetin, which can be found in onions, is good for inflammation as well.
Consume half of a Papaya or a pineapple daily. Pineapple has bromelain and Papaya contains papain, both nutrients that decrease inflammation and swelling.
It should decrease the pain and inflammation in two to six days. Only fresh Papaya or pineapple (not canned) is effective. Bromelain is also available in tablet form.
Eat coldwater fish such as salmon, Spanish mackerel, Herring and sardines, as they are rich in fatty acid.
Avoid Foods high in saturated fat and salt
Avoid soda, sugar, white flour products, and junk food.
Any parts of the body, both internal organs and external may become inflamed. Internal swelling is often brought on by infection from bacteria.
It can also be brought on by conditions such as allergic reactions, arthritis, asthma, auto-immune illnesses, Crohn’s disease, arthritis, peptic ulcer, or ulcerative colitis.
External swelling is most often caused by injury, but can also be an outcome from (or triggered) allergic reactions, and other factors.
It seems that people being affected by serious discomfort are in a bind; either stay with the discomfort, or suffer serious problems from taking medicines. But new analysis on
inflammation
is offering better and effective solutions to serious treatment use.
This analysis is starting to locate the primary systems of swelling and discomfort in the body, and how we can modify this process without medicines.
The cycle of inflammation and discomfort in the body is relevant to many substances produced by our cells. These substances include certain minerals and specific body fat.
Enzymes are complex protein molecules that act as catalysts or controllers of the chemical reactions in our systems. Unhealthy substances come from fat; there are many different types of body fat in our systems.
The levels of different body fat in our systems depend largely on what we eat plan. Because body fat are proportional to swelling and discomfort, what we eat plan can play a substantial role in the amount of inflammation and discomfort we experience.
There are also particular foods that affect the activity of minerals involved in inflammation and discomfort.
