How I Stay Healthy

I want to talk about staying healthy today.

Can anything really be more important? You can be the wealthiest person on the planet and if you don’t feel well what good is it. I have been a seeker of good health for over 40 years now, since I was 22 years old and I feel like I am getting younger as time goes on. Yes I feel that we can reverse the aging process and what can be better than that.
My health seeking began after I came out of my hippie experience which included a stint in Haight Ashbury San Francisco and Greenwich Village New York and in those days I did all the wrong things while just looking to be happy. At 22 years old I was a mess, being about 50 pounds overweight and really feeling terrible, both mentally and physically. I developed a tumor in my lymph nodes which was a fatty tumor and the Doctors said that I should have it removed surgically. It got to be about the size of a grapefruit and the Dr explained that it could become cancerous. When I asked about the risks in surgery they said that nerve damage could occur and effect the use of my arm. That wasn’t acceptable to me so I said no thanks and left the Doctors office.
Soon after I became aware of the Hippocrates Health Institute in Boston where I was living and that they may be able to help. Viktoras Kulvinskas met with me and told me that I could get rid of the tumor by changing my diet/lifestyle. This is what got me started and the tumor completely disappeared in 9 months along with the extra 50 pounds that I was carrying around. I went back to the doctor to show him and he said that it must have been a fluke.
Anyway that was my start and I became a lifetime vegetarian and also lost all of my allergies and stopped getting colds. I have continued my journey towards great health and am doing very well these days. I believe in eating foods that are as close to their natural source as possible, in my case this is fruits,m vegetables, seeds and nuts and mostly raw food although I enjoy cooked meals on weekends. I also believe in organic foods and getting local foods if possible. I do not feel that being a vegetarian is the only way to health but I would recommend organic and free range animals. Cows should be fed grass which is their natural diets. Commercial milk and most commercial animal products are filled with hormones that make the animals fat. No wonder people are fat.

Exercise is very important and it should be done daily,

Walking is one of the best exercises and I am an active racewalker. People should also work on keeping their muscles strong and their are many ways to do this. I do a lot of exercises on a Vibration Plate and I save time that way.
I also believe that supplements are important and high quality is very important. I have aligned with a company called Kyani and feel that they have some very high quality vitamins and minerals that are easily absorbed by the body. It is not possible to get everything we need from food because of the depletion of the soil and radiation from Japan and Chernobyl. I also recommend staying away from foods that are irradiated or genetically modified and try to avoid all radiation. I don’t use my microwave anymore and opt out of the scanners when I go on a plane. I would also recommend and emf protector which you can get from ewater. In fact you should get a shower filter while their so you can stop taking in all that chlorine and fluoride into the body. Drinking filtered water is also very important and I would recommend reverse osmosis.

Finally I’d like to mention Stress which is probably the greatest contributor to getting sick.

When we are stressed we can not function properly and this weakens the immune system. I meditate daily and do many things to stay happy. I am a member of GIN the Global Information Network and I have learned a lot from them in this regard. The main thing is that we should all try to follow are dreams. That is what makes us happy and then we really enjoy each new day. We should always count all of our blessing and the more that we are grateful the more things we will have to be grateful for. I try to always look for the good in all situations and when something doesn’t go as planned I look for the lesson to be learned. If we have a positive outlook and expectation we will achieve positive results. I really believe that we become what we think about most of the time as Earl Nightingale said in his audio “The strangest Secret”.
I’ve include a video which also reviews a lot of what I have spoken of and I wish everyone the best that life has to offer on this incredible journey.
