The Bottom Is Crowded

I’m going to tell you something. There is room for you at the top. A lot of people say that there is only room for a couple of people, and red velvet ropes and all of this nonsense and hoops to jump through. I’ll tell you what; in most places there are, but not here.

There is a place for everybody, no matter where you come from, where you are going, what you look like, what you smell like.

Seriously, no matter how greasy you are, whether you like to wear shoes or not, there’s room for you here, and I’ll tell you what, we’ll lift you up here, because we’ve got a commitment, and a mission to our people, to not only treat our people better than any other company out there, but also to treat our leaders better than anybody else out there.

There is plenty of room at the top, it is the bottom that is crowded.”

There is always room for you at the top when you commit to make a decision right now that you are going to do what it takes to be successful.  There is room for you, and we want you to do what it takes to get there.

Expanding the Vision

I’ll tell you what we’ve done over the course of the last couple of days. We’ve taken our leaders, just like we’ve done over the course of the last couple of months, and we have laser focused them in together, and put all of our heads together, and created a bigger vision.
