Best Healthy Diet

Restored from the Empower Network archive (2011–2017), lightly edited to meet our current advertising standards. Views are the original author’s.

Are you searching for the best healthy diet? Most people are still looking for the ideal diet plan or way of eating simply because they don’t feel well, they are tired, or they get headaches often.

So, there MUST be an easier way to feel better than just going on a fad diet or a restrictive diet, right? The truth is you certainly can, and it all starts in the kitchen. Truthfully, if you are changing the way you eat, you might be tired a bit or have headaches and that is okay, but tough to deal with when you are busy, right?

So, is there just one best healthy diet that most of us could eat and just feel great while losing weight too? I am going to share with you the one true diet you can follow without suffering, while getting your body to a place where it can heal itself quickly and the way nature intended!

Researching for the Best Healthy Diet

I have found that these days if I want more information, I just go online and start looking for it.

Truth be told, you can find anything you want online, if you search for the right terms and you are persistent.

With that said, it’s time to consider that the best healthy diet may NOT be what you consider healthy! I meet tons of folks that think drinking diet soda is healthy, but it’s one of the worst things you can consume.

You should also know that the best healthy diet isn’t necessarily eating salads either, especially when you pile tons of dressing on top of them. There are so many things that people consider healthy that are NOT at all healthy. So, keep this in mind as you research diets for yourself.

Considerations to Make As You Look for the Best Healthy Diet

So, while we know that what we often think is healthy is not, what is the deal for those that have special diseases and conditions? Generally, almost anyone can follow the no sugar, no starch rule and be in great health. In fact, it’s the preferred diet to follow for most diseases and conditions.

However, there may be someone that doesn’t metabolize certain foods well, or cannot eat high protein fish, fruits with citric acid, and some vegetables. One of the most common food allergies is a peanut allergy, so that is a consideration as you search for a diet you can live with.

So, for most folks, the basic needs for a healthy diet include:

  1. High protein
  2. Low fat
  3. Low sodium
  4. No sugar
  5. No starch

There are still plenty of great tasting foods to enjoy, and healthy choices to help you enjoy great dinner parties, company parties, and just to make meals that are created for birthday celebrations too!

With that in mind, I know tons of folks that have read “Eating Right for Your Type”, and for them this has been the best healthy diet. So, is it possible that for each of us there is a certain formula that works?

You bet!

Sticking to Your Best Healthy Diet!

Now that you know a healthy diet is essential to good living it’s also important that you follow it on a regular basis.

If you have a condition like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, or other inflammatory condition, it’s wise to research Omega 6 and Omega 3′s so that you know what will help you reduce that inflammation and help you get some relief.

You can find much more about good diets to follow and how to overcome inflammation in the body online, so be faithful in your research.

If you have questions on how you can improve your health and wellness, and how you can earn money from home to afford your “best healthy diet”, then now!
