Two things happen on this blog and they do not sit comfortably together. Al Maddalena writes about article marketing with genuine care, then posts team material that he openly offers to other people to copy word for word into their own blogs.
Take the article posts first. He argues you should research a phrase properly, look at who already ranks for it, and decide honestly whether you can compete before you write anything, which is the step almost everybody skips. He also covers what to do if you dislike writing, without pretending the problem away.
The lead generation run is more ordinary, on finding people who are actually interested rather than collecting names, and on the funded proposal idea for anyone who has met the term without understanding it.
Everything with a team name attached is recruitment, complete with screenshots, and it should be read that way rather than as instruction.
Read the keyword and article posts. They are the part somebody sat down and thought about.
