It’s Time to Move On

Alright…

Where are you right now? It’s OK wherever it is, life can throw some pretty wicked curve balls at times.

The beauty of it is you can leave it all behind you and whenever you like. Maybe it’s time to move on, to let go of the hang ups that are holding you back.

It seems difficult to understand this for most, but the past is the past for a reason. We can’t relive it, or change it, so the healthiest thing to do is to let it go and move on.

How do you know when it’s time to move on? Well to be honest if you’re even asking that question then I think you know the answer.

It’s totally normal though to feel confusion, especially when you are looking to change your entire way of life.

You already know if it’s time to move on for you, and the next question naturally is how to let go and move on.

Well like most things in life it’s simple, but not always easy.

Here are five steps I can say worked for me when I finally said it’s time to move on.

1. Read – Positive books like The Secret of Letting Go, Think and Grow Rich, and Psycho Cybernetics are all great books to start with.

2. Listen to Audios – People Like Tony Robbins, and Jim Rohn are great to listen to. Also the Empower Networks Inner Circle Audios (Learn about the Inner Circle Audios Here) are powerful tools to help re-train your brain.

3. Meditate – Focus on the Moment, and letting go through meditation. A good book to read is Against the Stream by Noah Levine, it teaches proper meditation techniques. Also you can find a whole list of audios and videos on YouTube.

Here’s one you can check out when it’s time to move on

4. Go for walks – As many as it takes, something happens in the firing sequence of the brain when you go on walks. It’s amazing, it has something to do with the firing of the left and right side of the brain due to the opposite swings of the arms to legs.

It can cause inspiration, and breakthroughs, as well as ideas.

5. Find a hobby – Something new that is positive to focus your time and energy is always helpful. I started blogging myself, and you can learn about EN’s Viral Blogging System here.

When it’s time to move on, and you take action, life becomes a blessing. When the world starts to shift, and you begin to feel joy consistently…

…Life is good

I used to struggle with my past for so long, so I understand. But this isn’t about me, it’s about you finding happiness and letting go. You’re past does not dictate your future.

And at any time you can rise up inside yourself and say enough is enough, I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired. I’m sick and tired of working a shitty job for a boss who doesn’t appreciate me.

I speak from experience when I say this, it wasn’t that long ago I felt the same way. And that’s the beauty of it, your life can change in the blink of an eye, and when it’s time to move on, and you take action…

…It’s the most liberating experience you’ll ever have.

It’s time to move on friends, so wake up and start your own personal journey of change today.
