Did You know that Exercise increases Productivity

Scientist have determined there’s a direct link between Exercise and Productivity

It’sbeen said that just 30-45 minutes of exercise a day can increase productivity by as much as five times. For those of you who exercise on a regular basis you know the focus, will power, and determination it takes sometimes to get going on a exercise.

Well this focus feeds into other aspects of your life. By overcoming physical challenges and using your own will-power to drive you, you will increase your ability to achieve goals in other areas of your life as well.

It took me about a year to lose 100 pounds, but in that year I saw the connection between exercise and productivity

A lot of people never get started as they think there is no hope. There’s always hope, no matter what area of your life you are looking to improve, if there is a will there is a way. It took a lot of drive and determination to lose the weight but I wanted it, so I took action.

How did I lose 100 pounds in one year?

First off I started small, like Tony Robbins always says ” Tiny change makes for huge reasults.” I started doing push-ups and sit-ups everyday as well as going on walks whenever I had the time. I also cut down on sugar and junk food, and was very conscious of everything I ate.

After about six weeks I began seeing results, when I saw results I scaled up on exercise and eating healthy. I completely cut out sugar and started light jogs and easy workouts with weights. ( I still went on walks and did push-ups and sit-ups)

I kept up-scaling on exercise and eating healthy and within a year I had lost 100 pounds. Now I run, cycle, and do intense workouts. I still go for walks and do the push-ups and sit-ups on a regular basis. I also have cultivated the habit of eating healthy.

Every change you go through in life will happen gradually. You will have to make the decision to change in an instant and take massive action on it. But in the beginning especially you will have to go on faith. Once you start seeing results you will get motivated to take more action. This will created a snowball effect that will grow stronger and stronger. This is the same in every aspect of your life whether it’s mental, physical, spirtual, or financial.

Here’s a quick 20 minute workout I do every morning to get the blood flowing and increase productivity for the day.

Here’s a awesome article I found on the relationship between Exercise and Productivity
