Is a Pre Launch a Good Idea?

Isn’t Getting in on an MLM Pre Launch the Greatest Opportunity?

“This is the most up to date pre launch MLM opportunity on the planet. Join now!”

Are you are risk taker, or do you prefer having a zone of comfort?

Be ware that most MLM corporations will fail during the first two years.

So that the question worth asking is… do you want to risk joining an unproven MLM company during its pre launch, or would you prefer the security of joining a seasoned company?

Virtually all multilevel marketing companies start with a pre launch phase. Why do they do that? It has to do with marketing and creating interest and it’s also a method of building a distribution network, where these first distributors that join in the pre launch do not have to pay to join. If the possibility actually looks fantastic many of those pre launch distributors might have their own teams that go along with them. The main purpose of a pre launch is that it’s simply a means of getting a lot of free advertising and getting some excitement going.

Manifestly the more groups of distributors an MLM company has the more sales it makes, that’s clear.

How Does a Pre Launch Work?

Once their break even amount has been reached through the pre launch then the company is in profit, so the faster they get the product out into the marketplace, the faster they can reach that break even point. So a pre launch would be a great traffic producer for a new company.

The fact is that when most companies start out, it does take a couple of months to get to the break even point and start to make cash, so signing people up as distributors benefits the company instantly.

Distributors also know that if the company achieves success quickly , then it will not be free to join, so better to get in during the pre launch phase than to get in and need to pay later .

The pre launch mlm company can keep its operating costs as small as possible, because there’s no product or distribution involved until the sales groups are set up and trained.

It all seems too good to be accurate. In a few cases it may well be.

The plain fact is, that 9 out of ten MLM pre launch cos. fail during their first 2 years of business, so before you jump in, bear that in mind. During those first 2 or 3 years, just like if you had joined an established business, you will put a great deal of effort into expanding your business and your team, and all of that time you have invested will be wasted. So tread carefully when getting in on pre launches.

Conversely those who have been fortunate to join a company during its pre launch which has become successful, have gone on to become extremely well off.

A lot depends upon the product, training and also what type of compensation structure they offer.

Is A Pre Launch Always The Best Way To Gage A Company’s Success?

Before you get caught up in the excitement of a pre launch.Take a look at the management and ensure they have robust systems in place and ask questions. Take a good look at the product and see whether it is good quality and worth the money, can it just be acquired from a store?

Will it be around in 5 years?

A seasoned marketeer will be able to judge the company on several factors to decide whether he or she will join the pre launch, but a recent entrant to MLM may not have enough experience to be in a position to tell if this company will work.

You’ll have to trust your sponsor to do that for you, so always raise questions.

It’s completely enticing, if you get in during the pre launch either individually or with your own team, and the company does becomes successful, you and your team will thrive.

The bottom line with any social marketing business you join is going to be how you manage your business, pre launch or not. Regardless of whether a company is in pre launch or has been around for thirty years it’s all down to you. It’s your attitude that matters. If you’re offered a wonderful opportunity to join a pre launch company, could you be a big hit? Do you know how you have to build your business under any circumstance?

Your success is at last in your own hands. Are you a risk taker, or would you be more comfy with a longtime business? Either way, this is your business, and it’s only you that may make it succeed so it’s your decision to choose in which situation you’ll be most at ease.

PS: I recently came a cross a pre launch opportunity that is curiously linked to a company that has been around for sometime and is extremely highly rated by some of the industry greats. It offers a tool that all businesses use daily.
