It is surprising how there are so many things that require a license and yet being a parent isn’t one of them.

You need to be licensed to:

• Drive
• Fish
• Own a gun
• Busk in a public place
• Operate a business
• Name a business

And yet there is no pre-requisite to being a parent.

Who Should Get Parent of the Year Award?

The following photos, although initially may seem funny, are real examples of parenting skills that go without any form of discipline.

These people don’t appear to see anything wrong with what they are doing.

Definitely can’t see any of them being nominated Parent of the Year any time soon…

 Perhaps the smokes and booze should be kept away from children….

 Not the best idea for a helmet in the world….
but at least the child is holding on….still not Parent of the Year material…

 It may have been Dad’s weekend but perhaps he should have arranged for a sitter….

 As ridiculous as this looks and unsafe to many we have seen this first hand in Thailand – what is unsafe to us is quite normal for many…

 When is it too young to learn about gun safety?

 Not sure if having your child push your beers through the shop is the most appropriate way to go….

 Maybe it’s time they thought about buying a car for the family…

 Ummm ….. it’s just so wrong….

 Is it that much of an effort to walk with the stroller?

 What were they thinking?!!

 Can’t he read….signs are there for a reason!

 WTF???

 Totally encourage exercising, but perhaps she would be better off leaving her daughter at home until she loses a little more weight….

Parent of The Year – We Think Not…

To think that these people are real is a scary thought.

Most of these children’s lives were put in direct danger by their own parent.

Being a parent is a gift – not a right and we should treat it as such – not abusing the privilege that has been given to us.

There are so many people around the world that would dearly love to have children but due to certain circumstances are unable to fulfill their desires.

And here we see parents who are completely disregarding their moral and safety duties as parents.

This is of course only our opinion.
