I found the hotel clean, comfortable and extremely convenient- I took MARTA (the train) and it was simple to get from the airport. Checking in was easy-I had checked in ahead of time so my key was waiting for me- no waiting in line! My room was comfortable with a great view of CNN center. I also used the gym, which was clean and well stocked. Lastly, the employees working the conference were top notch. They were all super helpful, polite and addressed everyone by name, a nice touch. If I find my way back to Atlanta, I would definitely stay again.

“Great service and location”

Reviewed April 24, 2012
An expansive and somewhat confusingly organized hotel in the heart of downtown Atlanta, the Omni provides excellent access to Centennial Olympic Park, CNN center, and the Georgia Aquarium. Rooms are located in two towers joined by a sky bridge at the lobby level on the second floor. Check-in staff was very helpful and even allowed us to use the fitness center for freshening up when we arrived before our room was available. The rooms are spacious and clean, and many have excellent views of downtown Atlanta. Beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are well appointed.

The only downside we encountered was an extra ten dollar fee for wi-fi, which didn’t actually work during much of our stay. In the end, they didn’t charge us for it, so it worked out OK, although it would have been a problem if we’d really needed the wi-fi access to work. All in all, it was a very nice hotel, and I would likely stay here again when back in downtown Atlanta.

“Excellent with convenient location”

Reviewed April 23, 2012
This is a very nice hotel adjacent to the Georgia World Convention Center. The rooms were clean with good amenities. The service was excellent. Overall a very good experience.
“Great hotel… except the pillows!”

Reviewed April 23, 2012
I recently stayed at the OMNI hotel at CNN Center. It is a beautiful hotel, however, the pillows were horrible! I hardly slept because of them. But the hotel was clean, and close to alot of attractions. The staff was wonderful. If you do stay here make sure to sign up for the OMNI select club – well worth it!

“Nice place”

Reviewed April 21, 2012
We stayed in the North tower for a one night quick trip to Atlanta. My mother in law had a King room that connected to our double room. The rooms were a good size and very clean. Modern decor, nice bathrooms.

I’m not a big fan of valet parking. It’s expensive and inconvenient, but that’s what you get when you stay downtown in a city. That being said, the attendants were nice and they brought the car around very quickly.

LOCATION is what is best about this place. We spent time in the park and walked to the Aquarium. We ate in the food court in the CNN tower.

For more reviews go to TripAdvisor.com.

Since we are staying at the Omni Hotel in Atlanta in June.
