Anderson Silva gets knocked out by Weidman and what I learned from it<\/h2>\n

So it finally happend.\u00a0 Anderson Silva finally loses a championship bout in the UFC.\u00a0 Silva who many say is the greatest fighter in MMA had been undefeated for 10 straight title bouts.\u00a0 Not until this fight against Weidman who kept his composure throughout the fight.<\/p>\n

This was Anderson Silva\u2019s fight to lose.\u00a0 Instead of taking the guy seriously he starts toying with him at the end of the first round and carries over to the second round.\u00a0 Which then Silva takes things too far and gets clipped.\u00a0 Then Anderson Silva gets knocked out.\u00a0 Here\u2019s the video below of the knockout scene with a little added extra in the end!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

In my opinion if he didn\u2019t play around like that he would still be the champion.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s a few things that I learned from this fight with him getting knocked out:<\/h2>\n

When you\u2019re on top your work isn\u2019t over.<\/h2>\n

– We all know we have to work hard to get to the top in anything we do.\u00a0 But you also have to remember it takes just as much work if not more work to stay at the top.\u00a0 Especially in a discipline like MMA.\u00a0 There are many fighters out there who want to get to the top and beat you.\u00a0 You have to be willing to work harder than most.\u00a0 Talent can only take you so far, it\u2019s all about the hard work from there on<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t take anyone lightly<\/h2>\n

– Silva took his opponent too lightly.\u00a0 Thinking in his mind that he wasn\u2019t on his level.\u00a0 Well look what that got him.\u00a0 Knocked out!\u00a0 Never underestimate your competition.\u00a0 Just like in internet marketing for example.\u00a0 We look at SEO competition.\u00a0 When we get number one placement we have to keep at it because there\u2019s always someone out there that\u2019s trying to knock us off.<\/p>\n

Be humble<\/h2>\n

– Be humble in whatever you do in life.\u00a0 When you start getting cocky you get a tendency to get bit in the ass just like Silva did.\u00a0 Be thankful for what you\u2019re getting or what you\u2019ve gotten.\u00a0 Plus you\u2019re giving out the positive energy and positive energy attracts more positive energy.<\/p>\n

It\u2019ll be interesting to see if Silva will what this rematch.\u00a0 He\u2019s a competitive guy so I\u2019m sure he\u2019ll want it but at the same time father time is not on his side.\u00a0 He\u2019s 37 years old now and in his sport you\u2019re considered pretty old.\u00a0 But at the same time it is Anderson Silva, he\u2019s not like every MMA fighter out there. So we\u2019ll see.\u00a0 Anderson Silva gets knocked out!<\/p>\n
