Let me teach you the correlation between how to stand your ground<\/strong> and being a man. I\u2019m writing this article for a friend but more specifically for those of you \u201cnice guys\u201d that always seem to get dumped and don\u2019t know what to do. Why do women prefer the bad boy over the nice guy?<\/p>\n

Okay it isn\u2019t necessarily being a bad boy that attracts the women. Well, most of them that is. It\u2019s more about learning how to stand your ground when you need to. I mean look at it from this perspective \u2013 a woman is biologically programmed to go for the alpha<\/em>. That\u2019s just how it is. <\/span><\/span>Just like how we men always go for the more feminine women.<\/p>\n

Now, in a hypothetical situation, let\u2019s say your girlfriend or wife is in trouble and needs you to be her savior. Would it make any sense that a man, who is usually stronger and more adaptable to protect, back away like a little wimp? The answer is no.<\/p>\n

So when a woman tests your strength, courage, and just how big your balls are you should take that opportunity to show her that you can be her man. So learn how to stand your ground<\/em> when necessary<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n

How to Stand Your Ground and Be a Man without being an asshole.<\/h2>\n

Now a lot of men get this wrong. They think that just because a woman would prefer an asshole over a nice guy means that they actually want an asshole for a partner. This is just utter bullshit. I don\u2019t believe this is true either. Correct me if I\u2019m wrong here ladies, but I believe that a woman wants a gentleman who knows how to stand your ground<\/span> when you need to but doesn\u2019t push it to the limits of douchebaggery.<\/p>\n

Most guys act like complete assholes and I know this because I was one myself<\/strong>. I lost a girl that was really special to me and I have to admit that if I stopped playing these stupid games that these \u201crelationship gurus\u201d or \u201cfraternity philosophies\u201d taught me, I probably would have still been in a great relationship.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t fall into the trap that I did. You don\u2019t know what you had until it\u2019s gone.<\/p>\n

How to Stand Your Ground<\/h3>\n

There are a couple of things I should elaborate for you guys out there that just don\u2019t get women. I know it\u2019s hard to understand women psychology sometimes but I promise you that once you get it, you got it for life!<\/p>\n

Rules to follow with how to stand your ground:<\/p>\n

  1. Don\u2019t back down when you feel strongly about something<\/strong>. But know when to admit that you are wrong because your ego needs to be put aside.<\/li>\n
  2. Don\u2019t agree with everything that a woman says<\/strong>. This makes you look weak and that you would do anything to please her. Women like to chase, they don\u2019t like pleasers because there is no challenge.<\/li>\n
  3. If you make a decision, stick with it and don\u2019t look back. <\/strong>A real man keeps his word. There are way too many guys out there that don\u2019t understand what it means to have integrity.<\/li>\n
  4. Be a gentleman but have equal respect. <\/strong>Catch a woman on her bullshit only if she is in the wrong. Women are not perfect and they don\u2019t need to be idolized or put on a pedastal. But at the same time, don\u2019t be disrespectful.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Chivalry isn\u2019t dead, we were just never taught it when growing up. The media has plagued our ideology that the nice guy gets the girl but that\u2019s far from the truth. Don\u2019t be an asshole, but don\u2019t be a nice guy either. Be somewhere on the borderlines but learn how to control your emotions<\/a> because that is the biggest factor in all of relationships.<\/p>\n
