Never Give Up<\/strong><\/h2>\n

They say that in the online marketing business that only 3% of people actually make any money. Well, I am a tenacious type of guy and I will never give up<\/strong> until I find a way. I have only been working in the online marketing business for a short while but I have a clearly defined plan of what I want to achieve and I am set on achieving my goals. The biggest lesson that I have accepted over the last few months is that it is not an easy road to travel, but I will never give up<\/strong> and will keep failing forward until I realise the success I desire.<\/p>\n

In June 1985, two British mountaineers Joe Simpson and Simon Yates made the first-ever climb of the West Face of the 21,000 foot snow-covered Siula Grande mountain in Peru. It was an exceptionally tough assault \u2013 but nothing compared to what was to come. Early in the descent, Simpson fell and smashed his right knee. Yates could have abandoned him but managed to find a way of lowering him down the mountain in a series of difficult drops blinded by snow and cold. Then Simpson fell into a crevasse and Yates eventually had no choice but to cut the rope, utterly convinced that his friend was now dead.<\/p>\n

Never Give Up<\/h2>\n

In his subsequent book on the climb entitled \u201cTouching The Void\u201d, Joe Simpson wrote:<\/p>\n

\u201cAs I gazed at the distant moraines, I knew that I must at least try. I would probably die out there amid those boulders. The thought didn\u2019t alarm me. It seemed reason<\/em>able, matter-of-fact. That was how it was. I could aim for something. If I died, well, that wasn\u2019t so surprising, but I wouldn\u2019t have just waited for it to happen. The horror of <\/em>dying no longer affected me as it had in the crevasse. I now had the c<\/em>hance to confront it and struggle against it. It wasn\u2019t a bleak dark terror any more, just fact, like my broken leg and frostbitten fingers, and I couldn\u2019t be afraid of things like that. My leg would hurt when I fell and when I couldn\u2019t get up I would die.\u201d<\/em>
The survival of Yates himself was extraordinary. That Simpson, who decided to never give up, somehow found a way of climbing out of the crevasse after 12 hours and then literally crawled and dragged himself six miles back to camp, going three days and nights without food or drink, losing three stone, and contracting ketoacidosis in the process, would be the stuff of heroic fiction if it was not so true. Indeed, six operations and two years later, he was even back climbing. All because, against all the odds, he kept trying and never gave up!<\/p>\n

Never Give Up<\/h3>\n

This is an amazing story of someone who decided to never give up and if you ever get the chance to read the book or watch the movie I highly recommend it. The message that Simpson portrays can be used in so many different facets of our lives but right now I choose to use it as inspiration in my business; never give up<\/em>. I am on the road to success, that\u2019s for sure, there are many obstacles that I face every day and at times I must admit I find myself struggling. However, I never doubt myself and I will never give up<\/span> \u2013 if you keep trying you have a far greater chance of reaching your goals than if you simply give up!<\/p>\n
