What was your main takeaway from watching the video above?<\/p>\n

For me, I really liked about how she spoke about the concept of \u201cforce\u201d.\u00a0 Forcing yourself to take an action and not waiting until your brain tries to talk you out of it.<\/p>\n

Literally, you have 5 seconds to just go for it before your brain wants to pull on the emergency brake.\u00a0 This is so true for most of us.<\/p>\n

I was also a big fan of how she spoke about the inner lies people tell themselves about being \u201cfine\u201d and how we have tricked ourselves into believing these lies.\u00a0 Turns out it\u2019s a major reason people don\u2019t push towards what they really want out of life and get out of their so-called comfort zone.<\/p>\n
