Building depth means going down through two or three people rather than sideways across twenty, and vincent explains why with more care than the subject usually receives. Help a small number of your own recruits find and support their people, he argues, and the group holds together because everybody in it now has something to lose by leaving.
He also states plainly how most people actually join, which is a conversation between two people somewhere quiet rather than a presentation to a room. His advice on contacting is equally unromantic: talk about the thing the way you would talk about anything else you liked and tried.
He writes as somebody who has built a large team across several countries and who used both doorstep methods and the internet, and he does not pretend one replaced the other.
Two posts have nothing to do with any of it, on precious metals and on a president, the moon and the internet.
Six posts. Read the depth one and the plan one together.
