Team work in any business is the strongest foundation you can build!<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n

Without team work in any type of business, it increases stress, profitability, growth and most importantly, success.<\/h3>\n

For years, I have been building teams online, training them, supporting them and encouraging them. Without that, my business and theirs would have never flourished.<\/p>\n

It is nearly impossible for any individual to build a business without support of team work<\/strong> from other members. I teach many tactics that are old school, but still very effective such as using rotators. To use a rotation system, it must be done properly to be effective.<\/p>\n

In order for them to be effective, you must have a process in place. This process can be very simple by just following a few steps and very effective overall to the entire team.<\/p>\n

Although Empower Network is a direct sales system, I still need to ensure that those that are affiliates are making sales, so I use a rotation system to secure that.\"team<\/a><\/p>\n

Let me explain!<\/p>\n

Empower Network has a Pass-Up style system, this means that each member has to pass up so many sales, like in EN, they pass up their 2nd, 4th, 6th and then every 5th one, 11th, 16th, 21st and so on\u2026\"team<\/a><\/p>\n

So what I do is run a rotator system with each members link in it, I keep their link in it until they have received 4 referrals. I will receive the 2nd and 4th one, this let\u2019s me know that they have now covered their costs.<\/p>\n

Doing this shows my team I care and I am willing to do whatever it takes to make our team work<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Now, maybe this is a result of the rotator and maybe not, the rotator serves as a assistant to them. They are not to rely on it for sales. This is just my part of being supportive.<\/p>\n

\"team<\/a>The second thing I do is live trainings and training sites that I build with video and step by step break down instructions. This allows me to train multiple people simultaneously. My team can also share this with their team as well to show they care too about team work.<\/p>\n

And 3rd, I do 1-on-1 trainings with my referrals to help them understand the program and how they need to market. Most people online today have absolutely no clue on how to market, so with the help of the training in the EN back office, The Prosperity Team training and my own, it will be pretty much impossible for anyone not to make money with Empower Network.<\/p>\n

I hope this little bit of info has maybe tweaked a few ideas for you if you are having issues with sales.<\/p>\n
